Another good interview. I suspect the common fundamental thread in all these problems is an Increasing / retrograde ( primitive / pre enlightenment ) societal trend towards delegating more responsibility, accountability, and control away from individuals to collective society and government in all aspects of life, leading to less invested outcomes, and less personal motivation / satisfaction. Solution step 1 ...Education via media like this on the value of self responsibility, meritocracy, productivity, and the power of free market individualism. Keep up the great work. Thank you.
