My biggest accomplishment for my health was taking back my peace and positive self talk. I have also added in cardio and Pilates to my weekly workout plan.
My current goal is to continue to lose fat and gain muscle. Mostly gain muscle 😁 I'd say my biggest accomplishment is maintaining my weight loss for 2 years and consistently going to the gym.

I have added 10 to 20 minute daily stroll in this year .. I'm proud that I have been so consistent
