Just got back in the game by buying this bike and was looking for front and rear stands. Saw this one online, but wasn't sure about it. I just learned everything I needed from your vid. I'm about to order one. Great job.
Love your content as always bro. I swear every time I’m looking at buying something you got a video on it and it helps guide my decision. You need affiliate links!
Nice video and product! I use a ABBA Skylift for my Hayabusa and my SV650. I usually use my rear stand to support the bike before attaching the ABBA, that way I don’t have to try balancing the bike while I line it up. Don’t know if that would be possible with this stand.
Good video, I have a 2023 Full throttle scrambler I am trying to figure out if I need a adapter plate. I looked on their website it all says "without adapter plate." It is a bit confusing to see how it will fit on to my bike.
Hi,Thank you for the video, was very helpful, although I also encountered the problem with the piece you said you had to get in order for the upper pin to be secured to the bike, did you get that part from the manufacturer as well or can I get it here in the states? Thank you in advance for your answer,I appreciate your help,Take care.
Hi buddy ! I bought the exact same easel, but I'm paranoid Is there a risk that the bike frame could bend? Or that the pin breaks and falls? I'm undecided whether to keep this or buy one for the steering head, let me know!!
Do the pegs have a lock that lock the bike in or is it just on there by the motorcycles own weight. Curious as to whether it’s sturdy enough to work on the motorcycle for tire changes and such?
I’m really struggling to get mine to work. Got the adaptor plate and for the life of me I can’t get the pins to fit the slots - seems to be a few millimetres out and I’ve tired to adjust and readjust, loosened all the bolts. Slowly tightened them and still can’t get those pins through both slots at the same time. Any advice would be really appreciated 🙏🏽
I just saw your video I used the same site and selected Bank TRANSFER as payment method But it processed the order without my card details. And to be honest I only clicked it to see what it would do... Lol then it straight up ordered it.
@@Mikkel111 if you're asking me then the answer is no. They required payment first however they didn't offer this information I had to email them asking where to make the payment to along with other things and I didn't like this. That all this information wasn't readily available and that I had to email them to get this information. Also when they sent me confirm email the order number didn't even match the one I had. Also the name of account holder for payment details was different from the first person I was told to send the money to in Germany.
@@petergriffin8681 hey man I just got to use the lift today, but it doesn’t pick up both tires fully, the front tire is still touching the ground a tad. Do u have the same problem?
Coming home from work, today, I see a van creeping by my house, towards me, pulls over and the passenger gets out and watches me drive by and stop at my house. I pull up to my gate and see a large package sitting out in broad daylight. I get out, grab the package, open the gate, and as I am getting back in my car, I see them pull away. Dudes were going to come back and steal it if my timing wasn't right. I doubt they own a '23 CB1000R Black Edition, so this stand and adapter wouldn't do them any good. Idiots. Took me about an hour to put it together and make the adjustments to get by bike up in the air. First try was definitely sketchy. I recommend that if you have a second person available, take advantage of them to assist with keeping the bike upright. That top lug is the tough part about getting it to work. Did it two more times, tweeking a little bit. I was hungry and called it quits. I'll try to adjust that top lug that final mm that it needs to slide in a little easier, tomorrow. Other than that, very impressed with the ability to lift a 450+ lb bike in the air with one pump, and roll it around. Good German engineering, which is where it came from, for the guy that was asking on a previous reply.
@512460 i did! And it works, but like it was mentioned in the video, the bike is heavy and it wasnt easy to hold the bike and push the stand at the same time cuz the two pins have to be perfectly leveled with the holes, otherwise it wouldn't go in..
Instructions included aren’t very clear. Are you supposed to tight the bolts holding the arm to the dolly in a tilted position or straight up and down? My wife’s rebel 1100 just slides right out of the pins when lifting…
So it is kind of tricky, but you are suppose to secure the bolt with the bike almost upright, slightly tilting towards the jack. When the bike is jacked up, it should be at a slightly angle which will prevent it from sliding off. Kind of hard to explain
@@cyclevybzmakes perfect sense my man! I initially locked it down plumb and when I lifted the bike it began sliding off the main “pin” (the larger pin) and ended up stripping it straight out of the plate. Plans in place to drill and tap through the center of that pin and bolt from the backside similar to how the lower pin is bolted through…
Is there any advantage of using regular front and rear stands instead of this? This seems more practical and it's cheaper than a quality set of regular stands
Maybe the only thing that I can think of is the fact that it’s located directly under the middle of the bike. But this stand gives you way more flexibility

@@petergriffin8681 I think they have fitting kits for every single bike that has a swing arm. Heavy bikes like HDs they have a cradle type lift, but that will only raise horizontally. In fairness, the constands is cheaper, but it also looks very flimsy and requires screwing adaptors into the frame...something that may cause a problem. Wonder if you can mount the bracket on the other side and keep the kickstand down, if the bike configuration allows that option.

The jack does a have a lock that keeps it from being released by accident.

Does the kit come with the special socket? Is the socket specific for a specific bike?
If I remember correctly, I had to specify my bike type during the order. I came with the socket.

No, it only lowers

Unfortunately you are stuck with this being on the side with the kickstand. I thought about that when I first started setting this up too.
