Getting around by cycling, learning to ride fast on a road bike is a great way to stay fit if you don't have much time/motivation for excersise. I haven't done much sport since I was a kid, but always cycle everywhere, every day; it's such a habit that it would be difficult to quit it if I wanted to. Makes your day intertwined with exciting outdoor sport, never gets old or boring and actually saves time travelling in a busy city.
*definitely not for everyone, you have to be willing to risk some level of danger what with the traffic, but staying focused and knowing your ability keeps you accident-free

If you're 41 and going back to school, you need to be well-dressed, in shape, dignified, and not there to hit on college girls. You have to embrace your status as an older man and know when it's your social cue to graciously bow out of the college kid stuff. This is the only way you're going to appeal to your new peers.

In my opinion, if you want to look "young" in your 40's and above, then dress in timeless classic outfits and colors, rather than trying to be trendy. Your blacks, greys, navy blues, whites for your shirts, that fit well. And for your bottoms, regular fit or slim fit jeans in solid colors. You can None of those artificially distressed jeans with patchy fade effect. And most of all, try to stay fit. Nothing makes you look youthful more than a fit body.

As we get older we should eventually realize what looks good on us. Seeing pictures of men that we admire might be helpful to us. We must keep in mind the practicality of those aspirations. Can it apply to my build? My environment? As I up my game I feel good. Others take notice. Of course, the situation and place matter, as this video suggested. You don't want to be a peacock, nor do you want to be sloppy even though others may have no style. Confidence my friends. Know thyself. What works for me? Learn that. I was a sick dog a few months ago and ended up having to get my gallbladder removed. I was a bit overweight and had been trying to loose weight for years without luck. I lost 5 pounds only after this illness that almost did me in with really bad jaundice. I read that after initially losing weight this operation can actually add weight. I wasn’t going to let that happen. I doubled down, took control and stopped letting other people decide my meals etc. I lost 10 more pounds.
The difference 15 hard earned pounds made was unbelievable. Younger girls started taking to me, my clothes fit better, I was able to drink much more alcohol somehow so I didn’t have to worry about getting sick when I met people for drinks. ++ +
I don’t want to jinx it so I won’t go on. But if your an older guy, feeling sick. Figure out what’s going on first. There’s things out there that can kill you. After that loose 5, 10, 15 pounds. Its hard but it makes a huge difference.

You don't want to dress like a teenager because that will only increase the contrast between your clothing and your physical age. Just pick something simple in which you can feel comfortable and authentic.

Hey Antonio, very good video, but I really want to give my input.
Attitude is all you need. You want to have the young approach to life without loosing your age, matureness, wisdom and all the good stuff that comes with getting old. Just stay social, stay in shape and have a playful and light approach to life. The looks, you want to keep it true to who you are, just adjust the protocol acordingly.
What I mean about protocol adjustment? Well, the classroom is a casual environment, that means you can wear jeans, a shirt and a sports jacket (no tie please) and field boots or drivers at most.
You will find yourself getting a lot of jeans, a lot of t-shirts, a lot of polos and some new casual jackets in leather or denim.
If you have a defined look as it goea for your hairstyle and facial hair you might just keep it, maybe latter you might wanna grow your beard again and be a bit more playfull with it, but if you like your hair as it is, keep it like that, you are yourself and most of us take hairstyle as a very important part of that.
And dont give up on your matureness, you know more and better tnat the rest on college, so use it to your advantage when needed. If you change everything you are, you will feel very lost and that is not the point of coming up as younger in a good way.

I'd recommend that he think back to when he was younger and how women at that age sometimes liked older guys. So maybe don't change anything or, if he does, only make subtle changes so he is known as the older and wiser gentleman building on his education rather than the old guy trying to relive his glory days by going back to college.
Also, a drastic change in style may make him feel uncomfortable and awkward which others will pick up on and respond to. I'm hoping that he's already picked up on a style personality that works for him and he's comfortable in by that age so don't mess too much with that
So, let's say he's used to dressing in dress shirts and ties with a suit jacket. Maybe remove the jacket and tie then unbutton the top few buttons.
Think of the Dos Equis beer guy for example. Just my two cents.

Being in shape and muscular is seen as douchy these days, especially in a business setting. I'm beginning to think our clothing is tailored to make the average guy look lean even though he's basically a bowl of porridge. I can no longer find a medium tshirt that lets my upper body breathe without it stretching down below my crotch. People think I'm trying to flex on them if I wear the size that's always fit me well.
Btw, I'm in the kind of shape that just about any natty can get into with diet and 20 years worth of strict regimen, but you won't see me at mr olympia lol.

As a more mature guy I think trying to chase trends is a mistake. I think the best things to wear are what you feel confident in. As you can see from my profile pic I wear a leather jacket from time to time. I also wear a lot of double pleated or single pleated pants with 2 inch turn ups... I think starting to wear a load of denim and casual stuff is going to be a bit affected. A pair of white double pleated trousers with a white or blue polo shirt with a blue sports jacket of a different shade of blue with a pair of blue loafers or boat shoes or even plain blue sneakers can make for a fantastic look. Blue and white are a match made in heaven, also black and white....
I do not go about in a 3 piece suit all the time but prefer to rock a sprezzatura vibe. I get my hair cut every 3 weeks, and wear shoes made by Church's, Barker, Loake, Ralph Lauren, Jeffrey West and Oliver Sweeney. My sneakers are either plain white Pantofola d'Oro, Ralph Lauren, but I also have red and purple sneakers for a more . I have about 150 different fragrances and alternate depending on season and weather.

Take a walk through any college these days.. these kids look homeless, and basically go to class in their pajamas. A 40 year old walking into Intro to Econ wearing a leather bomber, polo, tapered jeans, and leather minimal sneakers would look clean anywhere else, but would stick out like a sore thumb in class. If this dude really things he’s gonna hit on 20 year old girls (kinda pedo, but whatever) his best bet would be jeans and a decent hoodie.

-white men age rapidly and terribly. It is extremely rare to meet an older white man who looks younger. Most white men go downhill in their 30s and they are the most likely to wear Ed Hardy or jorts in a desperate attempt to recapture their youth.
