RE Survivor 2 is one of the only games I have never touched in the franchise and now after watching your descent into madness by just trying to see everything it has to offer, yeah happy I never touch it as I had a chance to pick it up over Dead Aim (can't wait to see the retrospective for that in the future). Going to interesting to see the retrospective on Gaiden as I always view that game as one of the strangest games I have ever played on the gameboy colour and I didn't dislike it in the end, anyway looking forward for more of this awesome retrospective WitchTaunter ^^

As someone who has played it in arcades (there was 1 in my city that had it. And yes, it was a free game, as the arcade was a bar where everything is free to play) it sucks, but if you had like 30 minutes to blew, you could end a run easily. However, the controls where damn uncomfortable. Using the whole gun as the movement stick is the stupidest decision ive seen in an arcade cabinet. As moving ruins your aim, and it hurts due to moving the character with your chest. People complain about tank controls, but they haven't seen tank controls that you move with a joystick that is essentially an airsoft submachinegun stuck in the control stick of an old car, that you move with arms and chest, and changes lubrication between directions, so that moving forward is heavy, right was okay, it physically hurt turning left, and goint back nearly makes you fall.
Just so you know, as someone who played the original on the PS2 with a Guncon when I was a kid (obviously in Europe) the critical hits are carried over from using the GunCon to headshot enemies. It is much easier and more fluid to play the game with a guncon than it is with the controller.
I spent a lot of time as a teenager tracking down the more obscure games for the ps2. I got several. I never was able to find GS2CV, to the point I didnt think it could be found in NA. (Note this is before things like ebay became prominent) In the end, I was able to get GS1 and GS4: Dead Aim but 2 and 3 - which I think is actually a Dino Crisis title of all things - remained elusive. Thankyou for showing me what I was missing - for better or for worse. Im thrilled at the level of content and game modes tbh but it looks like when you go to a restaurant and the food sucks so they give a bigger portion of it to make up for the poor flavor
Your video is more entertaining than the game. Also, I do hope your scale can go all the way down to 0/10. I dislike how people often have 1 as the lowest when numbers can go lower.
Can't wait to see the next review of a good game this time. 1 & 0 are next if I remember right unless there is some obscure game like Survivor 2 in the middle.

Biohazard Dead Aim is a good game.
