I am running a TUF Gaming 4070 Super OC, and an i7-13700K. My score combined was 21,667. Graphics: 21,892, CPU 20,477. I am happy with my results after seeing yours and similar.

I have the 7800x 3D, I dont think the problem is bottleneck
I use the free version of 3DMARK

Make sure you set the power plan to high performance
Be sure to enable XMP in the bios to run the RAM at full speed
@@daz10x I did that, 5200mhz and still got same result with cpu overclocked to 5.5 p cores aswell
