The intro was a oner and done on one of the hottest days in history for LA. They sing live and the dance scene at sunset is also a oner. The first tryout actually happened to Gosling. He says someone the script had died and he was actually crying and someone interrupted. It is fun to watch the interviews. The writer and director are the same guy.
I don't know the language, but... Man, thank you for this video. This tears in the end... It was amazing reaction! I think that only strong man can show his tears. You have big heart. Hello from Ukraine, brother! PS you commentarys was very good too!
The movie makes you question life and choices… such a great film and it makes for an amazing movie going experience. The music is so memorable and has been added to my favorites list! Thank you for watching and commenting!
Loved the reaction/commentary! You're one of the few people on youtube who actually WATCHED the movie and analyzed it, whereas others do it just for content. Your interpretation of it all was just top-notched. I really enjoyed this, thank you!
Beautiful reaction! Things can be beautiful and hard at the same time... they both had their dreams just not together and its heart breaking but beautiful! in the perfect life that we saw a glimpse it was perfect for her and they were together but he didnt get his dream... but they had a family together... its super hard to thing which is the perfect best life... which I LOVE so much of this movie. I SAW THIS 3 TIMES at the theater! i knew all the songs by the 3rd time... just perfection.
Thank you 🙏 so much for watching and I am glad you enjoyed the reaction. This movie is absolutely amazing and you are spot on with your analysis. The soundtrack is on repeat on my commute to work. Thank you again for watching and commenting!
@@daitommasino911 what’s heart breaking is that he’s essentially saying she was his dream, and that he was perfectly fine following her to Paris to stay with her. He can’t say that infront of her husband so instead he plays their tune. The only time he seems to actually be happy and not put on a face for the crowd is after the last look that they shared. I see it as him coming to terms with his choice, and that if he could go back he would follow her to Paris, however he can’t do that, so he must be happy with what he’s accomplished
I’ve seen it many times, and I always get moved by the drama and the fantastic music! It only happened to me when I saw Les Parapluies du Cherbourg “.I still have the vinilo! It was a long time I haven’t seen such a fantastic production! Congratulations to that young director , Justin Hurwitz in the amazing music; photography, Emma and dear Ryan. This movie will be a classic! Thanks, thanks, thanks.
I think the ending is happy, wonderful, inspiring, encouraging, and so surreal. I have been where Mia is and it is so freeing and beautiful moving on and going your separate ways from a past healthy mutual respectful love to a better man who is the love of your life. :) Sometimes in life and in love, you shouldn’t end up together and Mia showed that and personally speaking, I’ve been through similiar to her except I never went to where my ex’s go but if I did, like Mia, I would wish them well and they’d see I’m married to the love of my life my husband Frank and I won’t be leaving him ever for the rest of my life and I’m glad to die my husband’s widow. I like to think Mia also has such strength of character as well.
@@EmilyGloeggler7984 I can see this perspective… life has a way of working itself out. I am a hopeless romantic and just wanted the stereotypical Hollywood ending, but I think that’s what makes this movie better… thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts!
Gosling played a number of instruments and played some piano by ear, but doesn't read music so he learned in 3 or 4 months. th-cam.com/video/rjz67NtbzQk/w-d-xo.html

The dude is talented, I have tried instruments and definitely cannot play any of them. lol
i gotta watch this with Katie she never seen it
Your reaction was genuine! Mia and Seb got what they wanted, except each other :(
It’s great, Mia got to move on and find a better man for her and did so walking away/going her separate ways with a smile.
