    Thank you so much for saying it's ok to eat a species appropriate diet that includes animal products. A lot of people think that not eating animals is more spiritual which I know through other reliable source this isn't true, that particular source said it's ok as long as we have gratitude. 💗🙏

    The last few videos Anita you honestly look the best you ever have. It’s amazing. And just so you know, even if things don’t go as planned at times, it will never change that warm, caring person we’ve all come to love. And don’t you worry about us. You keep shining bright. Only we can take our own journey and you give everyone hope. Even though the past few years have been life changing difficult for me, watching your videos always gave me that hope.     Thank you Anita for being so honest and real! I agree wholeheartedly with not wanting to create unnecessary dogma and us tuning in to what works better for us individually. I also appreciate you mentioning the challenge that is integrating our divinity with the physical world… I haven’t had an NDE but as an empath and starseed I feel it has always been easy to connect with other realms, but actually grounding in this world with that knowledge has been one of my biggest challenges. Sometimes the pain of the world overwhelms me, so thank you for helping me feel I’m not alone 😅. Still figuring out how to be my divine self while also being fully and unapologetically human 💖

    I have always been a person who cares for others, pleases them, understood how they feel, but in the last 2 years I simply exhausted all my energy through such relationships where only I give and various diseases started. Now I'm trying to find a way to recover myself and I realized that I'm only responsible for one smile - the one on my face

    Great video Anita! I did the same in terms of eliminating sugar and gluten nearly two years ago, best decision ever. Agree about not focusing on how you look but emphasis on how you feel, far more helpful, especially in our avatar obsessed society. You look incredibly well having said that and I adore your shirt!     We can all benefit from removing....gluten...sugar and all processed foods entirely. This will definately release all inflammation which causes disease. BUT....the main factor in creating a healthy body is the emotional standpoint of......"When your mind is not at ease....your body will disease" Our thoughts and beliefs are the catalyst to our well being. Create a healthy relationship with food is a great starting point and proceed with emotional healing practices daily. You'll turn your life around completely 👌🥰👌

    Wow.... The more I hear you dear Anita, the more parallels I find between us mentally, emotionally, spiritually, personality, character wise.... And now, our diet experiences!!! Almost identical ... 20 years ago when I changed my diet to identical to what you do now, I managed to get out of permanent disability! Of course together with all internal work!
    I have been advocating for years that not every diet is for everyone, which for the longest time seemed a foreign concept to most people. I love hearing that from you now as well.

I also felt my best when eating clean, a lil similar to you; no grains, no sugars except fresh fruits, organic stevia, organic maple syrup and raw honey, no additives, preservatives, even legumes i had removed, & dairy, gluten, but i also felt i couldn't tolerate eggs. & Vimergy has incredible supplement options!

    I loved this so much and can't wait for your curry recipe! I SO wish that insurance would cover going to a functional medical doctor. Alot of people want to be cared for by functional medicine and yet to pay out of pocket is very expensive.

    Anita, you´re such an inspiration to me. I believe that sometimes and withouth being conscious of it, we see ourselves unable to help everybody and everyting (e.g.:the planet). Our body starts getting tired and our emotions get heavy. Something within punishes us for not helping all there is.

    Anita, thank you. I love you and Danny. I used to be a strict vegan but after my hospitalization I had no choice but adapt to the circumstances. Three years ago I ended up in hospital due to a prolonged fast gone awry wrong. I was very depressed and carrying so much unhealthy memories from the past I gave myself multiple sclerosis. My condition was and still is so severe I can no longer take care of myself and have been mostly bed ridden for the past three years. However, though I did not have an nde when I lost consciousness I found myself in a completely different scenario where I was playing and laughing in a stream of crystal clear water with another woman. There was no thought process, only feelings. I felt like a joyful toddler. I was in a natural environment with no sign of civilization around. Then, I regained consciousness in my room in Siem Reap where my landlord destroyed the metal door and took me to the hospital because I couldn't move my body properly. Since then, as I am forced to face my dark side, I understood that I am very strict with myself despite having great compassion for all, I had become judgemental and intolerant. Nowadays, I let my body decides what it needs to eat though I still prefer plant based, a few months ago my body craved fish and I ate it

      Hey love I went back to eating meat for awhile too concerned I was not getting what i needed plant based. Alter health on TH-cam has amazing info how to eat plant based and get everything you need. Your body knows what is best for you. I have been back plant based 4 months and it’s helped me a lot. Prayers for healing and feeling better I know it can be quite a journey ❤

    I transitioned to a complete veg 2 years ago - combined that with glueten and sugar free like you was quite a journey for me. I was quite disciplined and didn't have all that much craving per se. I also started to bake my own sweet stuff - sugar free (use stevia) and gluten free so that I have something I can snack on other than munching on nuts only. I don't consume a great deal of dairy in general and use almond milk for most of my bakes (as a result most of the reecipes I use are vegan). Having a variety and an option to eat sweet stuff without a major impact on health was a great help mentally and physically and made it a lot more sustainable to eat the way I do. But I've just returned from a month's stay in India - while the food was all veg, there was a lot more sugar than I'd normally consume and having rice and chapati etc with every meal (though not a huge amount) perhaps was not all that helpful. In addition, the past month back home with a lot of stress from work meant, I started to have more sugar and gluten that I was off for so long before summer. Aside of the weight, the body started to show all the negative signs of this (skin breakouts and allergic reactions). I can shrug it off and say it wasn't a lot - and to be fair probably it's not a huge amount by other people's standard but the way my body reacted, it's not good. So it's time to clean up my act. Among a few things, I've started to drink Tulsi and ginger tea since yesterday - surprisingly, the body's responded very well already and it's not asking for the wrong food, it's a very good sign. It's very true how it shows no matter how much we deny it when we don't eat right and eating right should be about feeling great. I can see that in your face too Anita. Our body is like a mirror - what we consume physically and mentally, it doesn't matter which starts first one way or the other, all will be impacted sooner or later. ♥

    I tend to focus on the emotional aspect of things too, but the body does need help sometimes. Playing great music through terrible speakers is a good analogy - it's not going to come out sounding good if the physical instrument is not operating right. Vitamin D, low magnesium, gene anomalies affecting uptake of B vitamins, or others like COMT which keeps cortisol churning all the time, a parathyroid adenoma.... all kinds of physical issues can affect our ability to hold our joy and light! Acupuncture is helping my adrenal fatigue, and the common depression-inducing condition called chronic thyroid inflammation - which doctors refuse to recognize in America (their scales of normal are wrong for several reasons, the European ranges are more accurate) - is something to work on as well for many people. I have been off gluten for years, but it turns out many gluten-free flours are high in cassava and tapioca, which are both EXTREMELY high in inflammatory effects on thyroid. Now I know! Cut out the cassava and tapioca and sugar and gluten, so the thyroid-induced depression can go, that's what I'm learning. Wish I had looked at the physical issues more and the emotional issues less, the former was causing the latter in many cases. My functional medicine doctors and TCM docs have been such a blessing!!

    I studied nutrition for over twenty years and was a vegan for a very long time. One day, even though I supplemented with b12 and D3, I hit a wall and didn't have any energy to move, I quit veganism on the spot and never looked back. I don't think plant based can work for any human, it is deficient in many nutrients. No culture in our history as a species has ever been purely vegan.

    Anita, what do you think of Josef Zezulka diet (forbidden healer)? His diet was cancer etc preventative diet and if broken, people deteriorated.
    There is link between blood type A, B AB, 0 and suitable diet for each (some Dr wrote book).

    Just wondering if there is the equivalent of the functional medical centre in Australia, Melbourne in particular ? It’s so hard to find medical people that will do the deeper testing needed to really improve your health and well-being. I have never done the testing required to know what diet is best for me, what is it called ? So I can ask my GP to order it.
    Unfortunately because I’m not working at the moment, I have limited funds.
