Thank you Deepak, please more, more, more. Not enough credit goes to you. Everyone doing seminars on law of attraction, healing, body mind,, etc. You brought this to us and talked of these subjects in the 80’s. I’ve learned much from you, and owe my life, my way of life to the wisdom you’ve brought me. As they say, when the student is ready the teacher will appear. Thank you 🙏 my teacher.

Today is a very lonely day for some reason. So to counter that, I’m saying hello to as many people that read this post. Hello! I hope you all have a better day than how it started, even if it started really well.

Smiling, humming, chanting, singing, deep slow breathing, awareness to heart, yoga asanas, pranayam, withdrawal of senses, bandhas and kriyas, kegel exercises i.e mool bandh, udyaan bandh. All of this stimulate vigour nerve. Social interactions, laughing, exposure to cold, any joyful experience, art, music, anything that brings joy.

These lessons are useful to me every single day. I seek out ways to connect with and to be aware of the power of self-healing. For starters, I find them with you, the Chopra community, my church, my singing groups and my local community. I practice meditation, yoga, take nature walks, engage in creative thinking, creative projects and engage in laughter regularly. I am especially drawn to your 21 Day Meditations. Journaling after these sessions has been an ongoing, awakening experience. Thank you for choosing the life of healing. I am grateful for you.

I am currently healing from a shingles outbreak, and while I have followed you and practiced many much of your guidance through meditation and yoga asanas I have been relying on allopathic care and pharmaceuticals to return to health during this outbreak. This video both reminds and prompts me to integrate self healing practices to assist in my recovery.

This was very useful and insightful. The future of self=healing is bright indeed. I can say from my experience of using acupressure via Tens electric stimulation that it has changed my life. I didn't even know just how much toxcity was in my body. It was alarming at first all of these toxin coming out of me but now after about 45 days of practice I'm closer than ever to Homeostasis. Peace be with you all. Thanks for being a north star in my journey.

Thank you so much for the wonderful and well explained video. I have been fascinated with the vagus nerve and the many ways in which we can activate it to improve our overall health. Being a person who has been living in fear I can see how the emotions can affect my physical and mental health so much and having these tools really encourages me to take a more active role in my overall well-being. I have read about the vagus nerve before and now with this video, I feel more empowered. Thank you Dr. Chopra!!! 🙏🙏

Thank you for such a thorough but but simple understandable description of how healing works. Faced with stage 4 invasive breast cancer I am searching for this kind of wisdom to integrate new practices into my life before the prescribed chemo starts up. I am reluctant to start the "aggressive chemo" plan that has been suggested and it's "against medical advice" if I put it off or refuse it.

Beautiful. I will add some practices, some I do. I hope to heal the pain in my body. I like tha you say is 'a dynamic process that respon depending on the little experiences that we are livinging in the present moment. And that the brain modulates constanly from how we give ininterpretation at what we are living now. WOOW!! So we can always remodslate ourvexistence. Thank you Deepak. I would really want to know more, integrate it, believe it and making function. Specially for the physic ssf l chronique pain. Every day the solutions it takes the whole day ;) Forest, sunset, singing, aerobics, danse, massage, lovingly social interaction, sweet appropiate massage, meditation, Yoga,... I will try.. maybe 5 to 6 hours per day? To take pain away and all the other benefits.
