usually players who teabag or spam the salt emote are trash at the emote and 9 times out of ten to scared to rematch because in all reality they barley won by a cheese strat
I teabag and spam salt only against cheater characters. I play only honest characters. I got pretty good WR in both 1s and 2s even though most players use the cheese meta. So basically nuh-uh 🤓👆
I had this one guy who wanted to fight me over and over. I was marvin and the other guy was a Superman and i thought he just wanted to practice because it was a 5-0. But as soon as he got his first win he started T-bagging and salting me then refused to rematch. Some people can be really sad.
I'm only toxic to my opponent when they're being toxic to me, and most of the time, I'm always doing the GG! emote even when they're still being toxic. I like giving my opponent their props for the great game, but I'm always getting the salty, crying, teabagging, etc. It's no big deal, though. I'll just take it up the chin and keep it pushing to the next match. 🤝
I don't like TBing because it's a sign of disrespect that has been since the first time someone got shot in an FPS and was constantly crouched over. And I have been raised you are meant to respect your opponents. The respectful way to show you're being superior and to proclaim your victory is taunting. In fact, in Multiversus there's even more reason to even taunt in-match because unlike other games that have it, you're not locked into the animation so you can dodge if someone tried to get you. TBing is, literally, just going "You're not worth a taunt, F-You." Because, at least, taunts can be interesting/fun instead of rapidly pressing down. Not to mention the developers spent time to the taunt animations! Why even have them if people don't use them because down-down-down-down-down-[...]?
That's a pretty solid point. They give you avenues to BM in a more respectful way but some are opting for the disrespectful way. This makes it effectively worse than BMing and why you definitely do NOT see that behavior in competitive play. Some tournaments will straight have you disqualified if you do anything like that. However, if you use the BM mechanics the developer gave to you, it's usually ok to do. That's a super solid point, I haven't really thought of it like that. Respectful BM vs Disrespectful BM. Yo, I like that a lot and I see where you're coming from.
Dude honestly every time I play against a shaggy they’re always toxic. This one kept spamming salt emote and literally beat me more times than i did, 2-5 i believe, but only because he does his cheap moves and literally always avoids me, it was annoying, but usually when someone puts up a good fight, I do toast them out of respect
When they add ranked, it needs to be forced BO3. Almost every time I lose to a teabagger and they actually rematch, I’ll win the BO3 because they only really killed me with a few cheap setups I wasn’t prepared for
Aint that the truth, LMAO. I'll lose to someone (whether or not they t-bag) and I'm like bruv no rematch? I think having it as a setting in ranked would be pretty cool. I'm not sure the community would go for forcing it though. Usually, in games like Tekken/Streetfighter they are conditioned to rematch due to wanting to improve or just wanting a good best of 3, but they are not *forced* to take it. The only time I'll see someone from typical fighting games decline is if the player they were against was out of their league. Most people don't want to just stomp someone and learn nothing from it. (least in my experience of playing fighters)
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 See, I agree with the OP here, that Ranked should ALWAYS be Best of Three. Casuals is where you go to get better and do rematches. I think Ranked should be Best of 3 required, no rematch, because if you rematch that chances rank-fixing, especially if you get some folks that know who's playing whether streamers or such and they say 'hey, if we get matched together dive for rank here and I'll do the same with this'. I mean, Killer Instinct had a default best of 3 for ranked, and I, honestly, think that should be default for any ranked system.
For me personally, I think more often than not I'll run 3 in a row with someone. NGL though, if I run into someone super annoying I'll take my first dub and leave. No shame in the game, I'll admit it. 😂
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 see my thoughts are that ranked should be a close reflection of how the game would be played in competitive tournaments. This is 99% or the time BO3 with the exceptions of smaller tournaments using round robin and top 8 usually being BO5 at larger tournaments. People just trying to gimmick a better rank by one-and-done’ing is annoying and not reflective of their real skill. Ranked games of Valorant are like 40+ minutes for a single game, so if you don’t have the time to queue up for at most 3 games lasting probably 10-15 minutes total, you just shouldn’t be queueing for ranked. Edit: and running into someone who is significantly better than you shouldn’t be an issue in ranked because you’d only be placed with people of your own similar skill level as ranked modes tend to in every game
I feel you. As for finding people equal skill level, I always tend to be better than the players around me because I put more practice and then others. Then I'll climb and be with people with me again, practice more, stop everybody. Rank systems are never flawless. There are way too many factors that will determine how good someone is versus someone else. Maybe someone has a hard time going against the specific character. Maybe someone has a hard time beating a specific strat. Even games like smash Brothers Tekken Street Fighter you know these games that have been doing it for years they're still as Tekken Street Fighter you know these games that have been doing it for years they still have hiccups. I wish ranked systems were in a vacuum and everything worked out as it was supposed to but that's never the case in any competitive game unfortunately. I will say some do it better than others though for sure.
Honestly the fact that we have so many children playing the game thinking that t-bagging is funny because they heard about it being done years ago is a sight that the game has issues.
It’s usually spammers with banana guard or shaggy that just hit the side special and then TB when they ring you out so it’ll induce even more rage…..and it works 😂
The actual question: have WE become toxic? The game is fine; I think we need to sit down and reflect. I see way too many good games these days with toxic communities. It’s an US problem. And the root of the issue is outside of the game. People aren’t living life anymore; they are merely existing and it’s a widely silent issue. Who else feels similar?
Balancing the game will fix this. Most players don’t mind taunting when they’ve been truly outplayed. This game has too many characters with broken abilities. 9/10 you’re getting BM’d by someone who’s abusing a broken ability. Less broken abilities = less mid players winning. Less mid players winning = less unjust taunting
That's a really solid take on it. I hard agree on that one. Most of the ones winning and are skillful won't be doing it that often. This means should they balance the game properly only the ones winning will be the ones who deserve to win and not the ones who end up losing because of xyz. I really like that train of thought. Let's see what they have in store after the balance. Still kind of means the newer players are probably going to experience the issue though.
There's actually very few honest characters in the game. But if you pick Bugs Bunny and use ALL OF THE EXPLOITS like the infinite safe damage or jab 1 into death then you deserve a t-bag after losing but you propably won't lose since you just need 3 touches to win and you have crazy good frames.
Yes this is the one thing that really makes me want to play this game less. In multiplayer games i treat other players like actual human beings, not AI NPCs, so when someone shows blatant disrespect toward me, like in real life, i leave because that person is clearly not worth my time. In this game however people who don't teabag or use the salt emoji feel like the exception, not the rule. I'm at the point where i assume that whoever i'm playing with is an immature gremlin.
LMAOOOOO, now that's toxic. "Immature Gremlin", I have never in my days heard or seen that. Thank you for the laugh, holy moly. I feel where you're coming from though.
in my defense i just accidentally pressed down multiple times in rapid succession and again, that was an accident but felt so good so i tried doin it again 100x
I think they should just cut control of the characters after the game ends and move to the rematch screen but maybe allow emoting during it. That way we can have just a little bm or even kudos to the other person. Personally i don't care when it happens to me. But if you Tbag and don't rematch you're a coward. 😂 If you best 2/3 me by all means sir T-Bag away. But me I only Tbag to communicate. Either a thank you or "That was nice". But they are slow spaced Tbags so I think most people understand me when i do it. 😂
There’s just a lot of followers I don’t throw up the salt or t-bag after a win I taunt or I try to find a creative way to ring myself out like diving into the blast zone with bugs or flying off the side of the map with Superman all that other stuff is straight pathetic
Only time I T-Bag is when I'm versing someone who spams side special Like Shaggy or Banana Guard, or before the update I t-bagged all bugs players too, cause honestly it took nearly no skill to use him.
Been playing Multiversus since Beta and i definitely notice more t-bagging in this game now lol. People just cant seem to want to play for friendly matches anymore or run more than a one match one and done. Im usually against t-bagging myself in matches whether im winning or losing, but if im being a rarely used character or low tiered character (like Velma or Jason) and i happen to clear a 3 stock vs like a WW or Harley, I think that warrants a lil friendly Taunt lol. Like if someone is gonna tryhard with a top tier character like those mentioned or others, more than likely you gonna get Tbagged or that infamous salt emoji lol. Just what i noticed in the game currently and from post on Discord/Reddit.
Ever since I changed my name to "GeeGeefam" a few days ago, I haven't gotten teabagged. Idk if it's a subliminal thing, but it's a complete 180 and very strange to me going from bagsalt every match (lose or win even) When I win, I usually do is Iron Giant's dash attack, which makes him look like he's relaxing. Otherwise I got that GG emote I use.
I remember when people weren't so soft. Ive done it and had it done to me. Its cartoon characters hittin the bag its funny regardless. I actually toast tbaggers who beat me when they have the skills im not trippin. also my favorite community manager Nakat HAS A TBAG TIERLIST its gotta be accepted 😂😂😂.
Many people get mad and that cause them to do stuff like someone tracked down a kid up address who tea bagged it could lead to violence nature if your soft I saw someone kill their parent because of someone who tea bagged your fucking dumb if you think this is okay
One thing for sure: Yes, people are indeed toxic as hell, because it hurts their fragile egos whenever you beat their favorite characters. Had one guy send me game invites and a friend request for half an hour after I beat his Black Adam in 1vs1. No teabag or emotes from me, just Bugs flying with his jump animation with his arms crossed after the battle was over. Didn't even bother to block him. I'd say don't take this game too serious and let the idiots be idiots. You keep your mental health intact and they keep their insanity. It's a win-win scenario if you ignore them. People these days are too emotionally attached to their pride to accept defeat.
Same happened to me recently. Was Velma vs a WW and despite them having like infinite Super armor and better confirms vs just a plain ass Velma, I still managed to win both matches out of our 3 stock. No tbags or salt emoji from me, but during our matches, they kept salting me and tbagging during our fight when they took a stock from me. No rage on my part, I was just enjoying the fights lol. But because I did win both matches as Velma, they lost their shit and invited me to a party (PS5) when they just started calling me every name in the book and telling me to kms. I just laughed and told them to pick better characters that they can actually use. Like u said, not worth getting all worked up over just from random fights with random players. A lot of them even aren't that good of a player lol.
When you (a zoner) run away to create space and zone the enemy "How dare you" (Also lmao, does he know it was an F tier vs S tier matchup? And he still lost?)
The Toxic environment it's not something exclusive for Multiversus but competitive online games in general been always like this. Ofc, don't help PFG motivate those actions by giving "salt" emotes for everyone. This is why i just play enough PVE matchs for the daily mission and ignore all PVP objectives/Events
0:00 “…Multiversus has a huge problem, and by huge, I mean massive.” And by massive, I mean gigantic. And by gigantic, I mean gargantuan. And by gargantuan, I mean titanic. And by titanic, I mean very large. 😀
They don’t rematch because there’s no incentive to play more, finishing your daily’s for bp xp on top of same amount of bp xp beating the same person is boring. If they added a multiplier after rematching instead of giving just 50 xp it be worth to stick around to level up
I think it's due to a lot of players playing this game are not usually fighting players. In any other game you'll get a rematch because people want to improve and get better. That's the incentive. MultiVersus is like a pseudo fighter. The barrier of entry is very low, and it makes players feel like they are truly playing a fighting game. (That doesn't mean that's a bad thing)
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 chocolate chip cookie dough. even the thought of it reminds me of the very tragedy. Our beloved sense, one of five, taste, grieves upon the waste of such delicacy - as mortal, it is duty to fulfill each desire our senses may hold. This is not just about ice cream; the vanquish of humanity is at hand. From the waffle cone dripping with melted ice cream to the human soul bleeding to death, is the difference truly set apart at which no resemblance can be thought of? This was no accident - it was meant to happen. Also it's cool I uhh just cleaned it up and got another one, no trouble at all haha
Recently I was a samurai jack fighting another one and i got him down to 1 hit before I could win the whole match on two occasions then each time he wins by a literal hair then he tea bags and emotes afterward. Like bro are you oblivious to the fact that you almost died yourself? Why cant people just show some good sportsmanship? No one really cares that you win a virtual videogame smh.
Dawg it’s apart of gaming history I don’t wanna lose that I’ve been getting tbagged since i was 11 it just taught me to play the game better and to talk my shi
ngl, i only use salt taunt if i hit a clip on the opponent, but i only be toxic if they are toxic back, then it turns into a runaway match the second the first person drops the salt taunt,
I don't think taunting or using stamps is BM, I don't think jumping off is either. I see it like a "good game, let me join you" type of ending. But that's just me. 👀
All I know is that I missed the deadline to get the Welcome Pack and battle pass for free, for being a returning player, by 11 hours...despite the email I received even saying I was eligible. I sent screenshots and Karen messages galore to them, and they didn't budge. And it pissed me off so much that I don't think I will ever touch the game again. But I see a new Lofton video, I pop off :D
Oh wow, that's next level. I don't really know how their windows work, but maybe if they could have offered you something else? That might have been kind of cool. Also, LMAO. I appreciate the support. Means a lot of course, you've been with me for a whiiiile.
I mean.. I just don't play pvp mode anymore, like at all. Not for dailies, rewards or anything as I found the mode entirely too stressful. It completely solves the problem! I honestly don't see a victory wiggle at the end to be toxic at all if they really want to do it. Now if people start saying "link achievement or you can't party up with me, since you are not good enough", now that's toxic.
Yk its bad when I literally bought the toast emote to give props to good players who put up a challenge and they still take it as me trying to disrespect them. I was under the impression that the games whole toast mechanic was to incentivize players to just be a good person when winning or loosing, but i couldn’t tell you how many times ive done the toast emote after getting rung out by a good combo then if they win they follow it up by spamming the salty emote and TB. Theres really no solution to the toxic players of this game 😭
I’ve been a part of many different gaming communities. From mobas to shooter all the way to our very own FGC. Never have I ever been bagged more than in fighting games lol it’s just the way the community rolls I suppose. That said, no they should not remove the ability to teabag after matches. That’s a little too soft, Loft
I don't think it's about soft or not soft. I think we forget who's on the other side of the screen. A lot of the times we're so invested in how we handle things and how we feel, rather than how others feel. If new players are leaving or even veteran players are leaving it should be resolved somehow I think. The solution to improving a game is never the "if you don't like it then leave" approach. Least imo.
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 I hear you bro. I personally don’t think teabagging is why most of the players are leaving right now. Fatalities are way more toxic than teabagging and MK has been going since the 90s lol
Yeah but games that have a mechanic bred into the bm is different than players making their own. This is why games like that get away with it, it's a gimmick the developers put in as a mechanic. This game is supposed to be casual, it's not a hardcore game. It's not meant for game bred fighters. This is why I can understand both sides of the story. I feel a solid compromise is removing it from the victory screen, and leaving it in during the game. Also being forced to sit and watch it is kind nuts ngl. Even in fortnite with all their craziness you're able to just dip out if you don't want to see it. T-bagging it is not a developer made mechanic, which is why players dislike it. (Including myself). Also MK was my jam back in the day. LMAO
I love Multiversus, hate the community. 1, they trash talk the game until their favorite character is in it. 2, they mess up moves all the time due to stupid memes, and 3, THIS.
While it never does bother me, I will say it astonishes me just how many tea-baggers and salt emote spammers there are online. Personally, I don’t think I’ve ever come across so many toxic players in a single game.
Personally I don’t mind it given whoever is doing the teabagging offers a rematch. I think a little taunting can actually be okay it can get in the opponents head and play a little bit of mind games. But winning by spammin then teabagging or emoting and not rematching is just straight BM
If you think multiversus bm was bad killerinstinct you could land 50 hit combos after ko I used to get salty when people leave after one match but now i have a couple ways to shurg it off. They are a one hit wonder and can’t last more than one game, so i just laugh off thier poor endurance. The other more charitable view is they’re playing arcade mode and only do one match to move on to the next stage. Finally lean into the absurdity of it. A joker bming doesn’t bother me, its the joker thats the point and i can’t be seriously mad at them.
I don't mind the t bagging and taunting, it's the one and done right after that gets to me Play for an hour straight and rarely getting rematches and when I lose to someone they spam salt and t bag, just to leave after lol Matter of fact if they t bag make it lock them into a rematch 😂
I have no problem with bm i have a problem with bm and then not running it back. They should make it that tbagging or taunting removes your option to deny a rematch and its up to your opponent if you rematch
My man said it didnt happen in gears often must not have played enough gears 😂. Also saying there arent cheap tactics in gears is wild while they had hard aim corner camping with actives. Game became built around cheap tactics. Especially once tu6 in 2 came out followed by the disaster balance of 3. You make a point tho lol. Just wanted to say gears was more toxic then MV. In execution rules there was a 3 down rule so you would spend entire rounds watching your teammates getting teabagged and downed until they get back up and repeat.
I have all the gears, led a clan and played MLG. Maybe our experiences are different, however, for me it didn't happen that often. I will say I was playing at the top most of the time, so that could explain a lot of it. And when I wasn't playing at the top I would win almost all my games. I pretty much stated this in the video though. Someone who wins and is actually playing well, most likely won't do it. Which in turn explains why I didn't run into it much when playing gears. In terms of cheap tactics in shooting games, they just don't work and even if they do, they won't win you a match. They will only when you a match against someone who is unfamiliar with the game. Which cannot be said in multiverses due to balancing and whatnot. But I hope it gets addressed today and during their mid-season patch. Someone said a great comment above and I agree with it.
I didn't play mlg but I was always number 1 or 2 weekly in execution in gears 2 for years. Over 100k kills in execution alone I had to much time with just number 2. The others I played a lot as well but more in 2. I think by you saying you were playing at mlg level is a bit contradicting to your main point since this is about public matchmaking BM. The community of gears was very BM in public matchmaking. Id argue to say I've had among the most hours in gears 2 public matchmaking back in those days so my experience was quite evident lol
Gears of war 2 was many years back. Community changes with every iteration of a game. I understand you're experience in number two, however, that wasn't the experience in later versions of the game. In terms of me playing at the top level, I wasn't making this video for me (which was stated in the video). I was just making the statement. BMing in gears of war was infrequent. Most bad manner play in gears of war were through mechanics the developers gave us. T-bagging and whatnot was very infrequent. Executions are not considered bad manners, they are a mechanics in the game. It's similar to using taunt in multiverse.
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036that's where I was disagreeing with you. It wasnt about executions being toxic or anything in game... It was literally teabagging lol. Have you not experienced people swinging smoke while you downed and they are teabagging the wall next to you until you are forced to stand up only to get double smacked down again by 2 people which is then repeated until you finally die? If you haven't experienced that in any gears game then u wild 😂. My point stands as toxicity is all I'm saying. You brought up gears so I wanted to point out gears started as a toxic community whether the game changed or not over the years. Which tbh it's still fairly the same under right circumstances. Thing with gears is it's such a bad game these days that there's not enough care to actually be BM. Wait til the game is good again
I don't think it's toxic. Taunting is in the game for a reason. I love that you can taunt after a match instead of freezing like smash. Most the time if I tea bag it's just to see my characters funny animation. People shouldn't take it so seriously. Lol to me it only gets toxic if the person is doing it mid match repeatedly. Like they beating you bad and keep taunting and tea bag and beating you up more cuz they think they are so much better. That's toxic. At the end of a match is just how it should be.
I think t bagging is hilarious, buuutt, if I’m using a character like Jason and the opp is using idk WW or smt and tbags me when it was a close game, i wont get mad but I’ll just say out loud “ur not all that lil bro, ur using “insert character name” and still almost lost when i was using a low tier. Then I forget abt their existence entirely. If u get mad at video games you probably need to go touch grass at least 30% more lil bros, at the end of the day it’s really not that serious, and if u do think it’s that serious, you’ve most likely never experienced the hardships of life yet
As someone who does TB and like to mess around most of the time its just to f off im not trying to make anyone have a bad day i just its fun to mess around i just hate when people take themselves to seriously. I think its hilarious when people do little dances or tbag when they win that is their time to celebrate their victory and they are free to do it however they please and if you don't like it to bad win. life is full of people who are going to do stuff you don't like and THATS OK you never know what people are going through and BM might be how they vent 🤷🏾♂️if you dont like it beat em and if you lose accept your loss and learn from it at least try to appreciate how stupid their character looks when they do it lol its not that serious maybe if you put importance and priority on more things in your life then how some random on a video game makes you feel you'd realize how utterly insignificant someone bm'ing you in a video game is 🤷🏾♂️
Interesting, I see where you're coming from. Do you feel it's ok if players quit the game because of the behavior of something that makes the one delivering it feel good? (personal experience of a few of my comments/discord chats)
You do realize that TBing has been a sign of disrespect since the start of it, right? Literally since the inception of it during FPS people would do it to the corpse of someone to disrespect them even going so far as dying just to show that disrespect. Just because you think it's fun to do or if you think it's fun others do it to you doesn't take away from it being a move that has a history of being disrespectful. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt when you say it's just to mess around and not make people have a bad day, but you need to acknowledge the action is rooted in that disrespect. This isn't just someone losing their cool and being a dick. I'd have argued that it's not comparable to someone being self-centered and doing it because they don't care how others feel, but you're kind of proving that wrong. It's not about the lose, heck even the taunts - which are in the game and are more interesting to tap down repeatedly - are things that could/should be used for victory as that is their intended purpose. TBing is showing "I'm not even going to taunt, because you don't deserve any respect. F-you!"
But that's the thing, if that was to be so insignificant, why would the tbagger even bother to engage in the '' funny little dance ''? Thing is, this is largely made to enrage people and i personally think that we cannot determine wether a person should be upste about something or not. Even if it means absolutely nothing to you, it may mean something to the other end, and that is what we should focus. For me, tbagging is scummy in nature (not calling you that, sometimes i even consider that the person might think that's even friendly), so people can get frustrated
Toxics make tbag because game it is the only opportunity to assert oneself. In real life they can lose teeth 😂 or maybe they sit on the bottle and through tbag show that it’s not convenient 🤷♂️ it's just opinion, because I don't know what they have in head, maybe nothing
Had to come to this video after losing to LeBron and Tom & Jerry who both teabagged in a row after spamming projectiles. Also whoever put the salt shaker emote in the game should be fired
also cheating. it goes in hand with toxicity I hope you guys can see it too, stuff like ds4, cronus zen and similar 3rd party hardware stuff gets aknowledge by more players because it's what make "people" superior to others and an emote or tbag is just a cherry on top of that
I'm sorry but this gen is so soft man lol to the victor goes the spoils if it hurts that bad just go to the home screen after a L and wait until it hits the rematch menu Sf6 definitely has teabaggers, taunters, and people that let the time run out if you notice somebody quitting mid match, in Tekken people will literally keep stomping you after the round, slamming you, taunting ki charging or teabagging you as well especially in this era this is just the troll era if you lose expect trolling lol idk where it came from
Yeah, it is a problem. And people will usually make fun of you if you adress this question. '' You're too weak, you're too soft'', just some of the examples of ppl that think being a assh&$e is thw way to go. And frankly, that can be very frustrating, especially when your opponent beat you in a scummy way (abusing infinites, busted characters or every shaggy win). I usually tbag if they tbagged me or if they were abusing exploits, but its really a sad reality, especially considering how hilariously unbalanced this game is
I feel it. It's similar to people who dislike curse words in their vicinity (even if not directed to them). You can say "It's just a word", but being forced to feel uncomfortable while you're trying to do something you enjoy isn't how things should be, at least in. There is a setting in MultiVersus that disables curse words, even in other games (even gore can be disabled). This is all to make players feel comfortable. I'm not saying it shouldn't be a thing, but there should be an out for players who don't want to deal with it. That's why I think a perfect compromise is just disabling it during the victory screen or adding a skip button. It doesn't bother me (i do dislike it a LOT, but i don't get mad), but when I'm watching streamers, reading comments, watching videos, it's always present and usually most frowned upon (other than the ones you've mentioned about being called things for bringing it up). Sometimes (how others have also stated), I'll just skip PvP for the day altogether because sometimes I don't want to deal with it. It's not the act of losing, it's just disrespectful and uncomfortable to many and I feel it should be addressed. Buuuut, that's just me. I like to see both sides of the story and not just mine and how I feel. I always say a way to improve the game is *not* the "if you don't like it then leave" approach.
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 It is a tricky question indeed. At the same time i believe we should respect anyone, a question might rise up about the limits of it. Shaggey for example, a broken character made for new people imo, might be disrespectful ofr being unbalanced. So then, should we stop playing that character? Idk, there are a few discussions to be had, but there are things more clearly problematic, tbag being one of them
I'll copy and paste this (just because it's the same comment): I don't think it's about soft or not soft. I think we forget who's on the other side of the screen. @@Watch-0w1 that’s true but I’ve had a couple honorable fights when I had a AFK on my team or vice versa
I had this one guy who wanted to fight me over and over. I was marvin and the other guy was a Superman and i thought he just wanted to practice because it was a 5-0. But as soon as he got his first win he started T-bagging and salting me then refused to rematch. Some people can be really sad.
Been there. 😅
I feel that. Mad respect to you, I'm the same way. 🙌
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 Appreciate it brother 🤝
The Salt shaker emoji gets over spammed so much it becomes just sad. Like if you get a kill and use salt emoji every match what are you even doing
The teabag animation for Marvin be funny asl 😂😂
There are some troll ones. One of my favorite is bugs bunnies, it's like he's not even paying attention to what's going on. 😂
People always tbag, even when you almost win happend to me multiple times
Dude honestly every time I play against a shaggy they’re always toxic. This one kept spamming salt emote and literally beat me more times than i did, 2-5 i believe, but only because he does his cheap moves and literally always avoids me, it was annoying, but usually when someone puts up a good fight, I do toast them out of respect
I generally go Super Saiyan after a Shaggy that landed 2 of his 20 kicks into deaths tbags after a win 🙄
LMAO, I feel that for real.
No one has known true rage if you have not lost to a horrible horrible sidekick shaggy spammer and got the salt emote + tbag at the end
LMAO, yooo facts.
I feel where you're coming from though.
in my defense i just accidentally pressed down
multiple times in rapid succession
and again, that was an accident
but felt so good so i tried doin it again
100x
Also I noticed I never really saw this in Smash Bros, but MVS it's like every single match
I'm teabagging certain characters and playing styles.
Same
Ever since I changed my name to "GeeGeefam" a few days ago, I haven't gotten teabagged. Idk if it's a subliminal thing, but it's a complete 180 and very strange to me going from bagsalt every match (lose or win even)
When I win, I usually do is Iron Giant's dash attack, which makes him look like he's relaxing.
Nah you're toxic
Many people get mad and that cause them to do stuff like someone tracked down a kid up address who tea bagged it could lead to violence nature if your soft I saw someone kill their parent because of someone who tea bagged your fucking dumb if you think this is okay
My favorite t bag is taz boy is clowning on bruhs when he does it
One thing for sure: Yes, people are indeed toxic as hell, because it hurts their fragile egos whenever you beat their favorite characters.
Outplayed someone with Velma and they were using WonderWomen and later messaged me calling me a p for running when I was just spacing and reading him
Sounds about right. 😂 My msgs are off, so I can only imagine how people feel about me.
When you (a zoner) run away to create space and zone the enemy
"How dare you"
(Also lmao, does he know it was an F tier vs S tier matchup? And he still lost?)
@@poppinoftenwithlofton6036 it actually doesn’t bother me.
Lmao, I feel that.

And by massive, I mean gigantic.
And by gigantic, I mean gargantuan.
And by gargantuan, I mean titanic.
And by titanic, I mean very large. 😀
LMAO! 😂
(That doesn't mean that's a bad thing)
i dropped my ice cream in the mall today

LMAO, oh I know they do. 😂
Random question: is it bm to taunt at the end of the match but then jump off the edge?
I haven't touched the pvp mode after I had a Finn 0 to death combo me then throw up the salt twice in the same match.
I much perfer the rifts mode.
One and done is the real BM that needs solving, even if they dont teabag, no rematch whether they lose or win disgusts me.
LMAO. Yo, that's crazy.
Ngl I was dm’ing people- I stopped after a while but still… I’m guilty of being toxic. 😅
LMAO
The beta was so much enjoyable, the full release got extremely toxic out of nowhere, I don't know why the release attracted that kind of people
I didn't play beta, but I played the first version and yes, I see what you're saying. 👀
Back in the beta I cooked a guy and then he messaged me on FREAKING PLAYSTATION to tell me im bad.Like literally hilarious
Yeahh bro if you can’t handle teabagging, then you would never last in a classic call of duty lobby
I don't think players who play this game would be into CoD. 🤔
I love Multiversus, hate the community. 1, they trash talk the game until their favorite character is in it. 2, they mess up moves all the time due to stupid memes, and 3, THIS.
Im guilty of trolling 😂 its all in fun usually I only do it when you play scummy or when you 💼 first the darkness comes out 😂
I’m guilty of using the LeBron smiling emote. 😂
I mean idc but if they personally attack me then it's a big deal but bro it's a up and down animation
While it never does bother me, I will say it astonishes me just how many tea-baggers and salt emote spammers there are online. Personally, I don’t think I’ve ever come across so many toxic players in a single game.
Yes, that's one of the points I was making in the video. I think they will always exist, but it's expected every game. 👀
Personally I don’t mind it given whoever is doing the teabagging offers a rematch. I think a little taunting can actually be okay it can get in the opponents head and play a little bit of mind games. But winning by spammin then teabagging or emoting and not rematching is just straight BM
That's a good way to look at it. I see where you're coming from.
If you think multiversus bm was bad killerinstinct you could land 50 hit combos after ko
I used to get salty when people leave after one match but now i have a couple ways to shurg it off.
I don't mind the t bagging and taunting, it's the one and done right after that gets to me
Play for an hour straight and rarely getting rematches and when I lose to someone they spam salt and t bag, just to leave after lol
Matter of fact if they t bag make it lock them into a rematch 😂
@WeirdEdz Again, our experiences are different. But I understand your point of view.
F-you!"
@@Quinz128100% agreed 🤝
I agree. I more bother by cheap kill , but I blame the game for being so unbalance
Well they fixed this by making folks run off screen lol now
Its kinda like a Fatality kinda of feel. You already lost no watch a cute scene of your character getting the worst.
2 weeks ago I changed to PlayStation players only and haven’t gotten BM’d since, I play daily and enough to notice the difference. Coincidence?
Funny you say that because there's another comment somewhere on this video that said only PlayStation players BM. 🤔

I mean this is nothing compared to the smash community.
I emote in the match they should have won also if I win no rematch they can keep that L
There is no incentive to rematch that the true problem. Just a little more Exp for the first rematch with the same opponent
Croutch button is too fun in games tho 😢😂
This vid sums it up it’s just not fun anymore
Fanboys will always try to find ways to explain why their game is dying.
also cheating. it goes in hand with toxicity I hope you guys can see it too, stuff like ds4, cronus zen and similar 3rd party hardware stuff gets aknowledge by more players because it's what make "people" superior to others and an emote or tbag is just a cherry on top of that
You can tbag in tekken and, Do a ki charge that pisses tf otta me
I'm sorry but this gen is so soft man lol to the victor goes the spoils if it hurts that bad just go to the home screen after a L and wait until it hits the rematch menu Sf6 definitely has teabaggers, taunters, and people that let the time run out if you notice somebody quitting mid match, in Tekken people will literally keep stomping you after the round, slamming you, taunting ki charging or teabagging you as well especially in this era this is just the troll era if you lose expect trolling lol idk where it came from
SALT EMOTE IS WORSE....
No, turn the mics on.
Y’all are getting mad at teabagging? I pick the fancy taunt perk and spam that shot every time😂
Yeah, it is a problem.
Idk, there are a few discussions to be had, but there are things more clearly problematic, tbag being one of them
It's just someone pressing crouch multiple times, skill issue tbh.
You don't even play the game anymore because people were good. 👀
Also I have never ever seen you do it.
lol i find bming hialrious,
Leave teabagging in i say. Man up 😊
Ah but if someone does it to you you would go bananas over it wouldn't you, it's a tradition in the FGC after all.
@@NinjaXFiles It would touch me a little . But then I’ll make sure my next opponent gets slapped up
9/10 times its a PSN player too
Lmao! Yoooo, I've never paid attention. I'm actually about to see next time I play.
aint no way people get so mad about tbagging
Yall gotta spot being so soft! Let the bad manners push you to work on your mechanics.
I'll copy and paste this (just because it's the same comment):
I don't think it's about soft or not soft. I think we forget who's on the other side of the screen.
A lot of the time we're so invested in how we handle things and how we feel, rather than how others feel.
If new players are leaving or even veteran players are leaving it should be resolved somehow I think.
The solution to improving a game is never the "if you don't like it then leave" approach. Least imo.
Oml cry about it. I hate being t bagged just as much as the next guy but why cry about it? Although I think tbagging should auto rematch lol.
Bruh ppl are so soft its just crouching just go next move on u lost
This video is made for me I’m so toxic on any game after anything good I do especially multiversus I’m sorry guys😂😂😂
Lmao, I respect it.👀
I teabag 😂
I bet you do LMAO.
