Great review! A tip with the OMS make sure you dab the excess off on a tissue or towel otherwise it will definitely bleed through. Also gives you a nicer blend 😃

Thank you for this video, because I did not know of these. I had heard that the Stabilo Carbothello was a god pastel pencil, but I had not yet researched pastel pencils, and have never tried pastels, but they intrigue me. These look soooo gorgeous, I love the colours and their vibrancy, so I think my adventure with pastels might have to start sooner than I thought 😅 Your picture of the cute dog is so beautiful, you are very talented and I like the softness the pastels seem to bring to your picture 🤩 Thank you for your great review and I really enjoyed that you took the time to swatch them all 👋🏻🤗👋🏻

I was on jacksons earlier as I get my top ups of neos and Albrechts from there and the 60 set of Pitt pastel pencils was £120. 😁

Oh oops....yes you did say it (pastelmat)..lol. I do like carbathellos for some things, and caran dache for some things. And creatacolors are pretty good. They all have their strengths. But I have to say, never thought of using them in a coloring book. Hmm...
I got a single stock caran dache Chinese white, they are nice too but a lot softer aren’t they, possibly not as good for fur but I haven’t tested it out fully x
Try them on Pastelmat over the pan pastels, amazing layering. I learned most of my wildlife and pet portrait skills from Jason Morgan on patreon. It's his paper of choice.

I love them but I bought the 60 set and now I want all 120 but buying them open stock is so expensive I wished they offered the additional 60 in another set.
These are the pastel pencils, as far as I’m aware 60 is the biggest set? X
@@Kirstycolourandsketch lol I was referring to their pencils. I have derwents pastel,pencils but again I’m not very good with them like the inktense. You seem to just make the inktense come out amazing maybe I need more practice.
Thx for review, but my opinion Faber-Castell 1122-101 is very poor white and CarOthelo to i test it on the Velour and Pastelmat paper ! What is your white realy White ?
On further testing of them I do agree with you, I have found the white is not as good as I first thought, I bought a single stock caran dache pastel pencil in Chinese white and it’s brilliant, much better than the Fabercastell white 💕
