The fairing looks really cool and I love what you have done with the lights and indicators especially at the front end.
It’s hard to improve on such an incredible motorcycle but you definitely have, this looks and sounds the f**king business!!! I look forward to seeing ( and hearing ) many more videos of this super cool bike.

Haha nee, voor op straat ook veeeel te luid. Wel leuk op een aantal open uitlaat dagen op buitenlandse circuits :) Voor op straat is de langere demper prima :) dankje! ook errug tevreden

Dankje! HM blipper pro. Maar staat nog in een standaard setting. Moet alles per versnelling nog aanpassen. Hoog in de toeren en op snelheid doet hij het aardig goed.
Gaaf resultaat van een erg mooi project! Ga je het blok ook aanpassen of hou je het eerst zo?
Voorlopig ga ik het blok zo houden. Ben erg tevreden met het vermogen, en als ik er meer uit wil gaan halen gaat het en veel meer kosten en de betrouwbaarheid zal omlaag gaan.

Zal eens kijken of ik keer een goede dB meter ergens kan lenen :)

What system was used for adjusting AFR? Bazzaz, Rapid bike? Great video mate!
The tuner used software to tune in the original ecu. No add on needed
Gaaf man, lang traject, hoop centen.. maar dan heb je ook wat. Hoop zo dat je hem heel houdt ;)

In your opinion would the 765 swap be worth it over a 2013+ 675 engine? They seem to make very similar peak power, but the 675 has about 2,000rpm more revs to play with at the expense of some torque lower in the rev range.

Ik vind de lange demper ook zeker niet misstaan en ben zeer blij dat hij daarmee ook zoveel vermogen heeft :)

Hele toffe video, ik heb zelf pas geleden een street triple 765rs gekocht, nu ben ik van plan om de sc bochten te kopen gecombineerd met een zard slip-on, aangezien ik voornamelijk op Zandvoort rij en doodsbang ben voor de db paal, denk je dat ik na een ecu flash nog redelijke gains heb met deze setup aangezien de zard slip-on wel euro 5 is goedgekeurd
Thanks! Mbt aftermarket bochten voor de 765RS raad ik de Spark Bochten aan. Die hebben balanspijpen tussen de bochten zitten wat de 765 ten goede komt. Dan het DB probleem. Korte dempers met een vernauwde db killer kost een hoop pk's. Beste oplossing blijft een lange stille demper liefst zonder dB killer. Of een uitlaat systeem met tussendemper er nog bij. Ik rij nu met een behoorlijk lange uitlaat van RP en die is stil genoeg met vermogensbehoud. Ik heb mij demper bij Nelson Welding vandaan.

Gave video, heel informatief. Heb je enig idee wat nu de voordelen zijn van de velocity stacks ? Ik overweeg ze omdat ik ze vaker tegenkom maar geen idee of het winst oplevert en in welk toerengebied.
Kortere stacks leveren over het algemeen meer power op in het hogere toerengebied. Langere vaak weer onderin.

I'm doing a similar mod with a 2020 RS engine. Did you have a problem with the fuel pump connectors hitting the crank case ventilation when fitting the tank?
Yes! Grind the crankcase breather down a bit
And rotate the fuel pump. You might have to cut the plastic anti-rotating/location pint from the pump.
@@Ranic_nl Yes, I've thought of rotating and I'll try that mod later in autumn. For now I've raised the tank 5mm to clear it and it seems to be working. Bike has been adjusted on dyno last week and tried on the track last weekend. Kept rev limiter just below 13k rpm and got 129.8 bhp with 86 N torque.

@@Ranic_nl sc project street triple headers, stainless steel. Beside the sump I've put a 10cm silencer, then an "s" pipe and side mounted 50cm silencer. Noise levels are a huge problem at tracks in Sweden. Now I'm awaiting moto2 fairings from Germany. 👍

How did you tune for 100% throttle without the ETV interfering?
@@grrayt My Tuner ( Tovami,located in The Netherlands) disabled the O2 sensor and more with the Software. They are able to tune the engine without problems

@@grrayt the tuner used different software but don't know the brand. But I know tuneecu is possible too on this ECU

Echt bizar vermogen. En dat verschil met db killer is net zo bizar. Als uitzondering op de regel dik en vol over de fabrieksopgave.
Ja super blij ermee👌🏻 boven verwachting! En dat met het blok zo goed als standaard. Bewijst wat een potentie erin zit. Ja dB killer kost bij vele motoren veel vermogen (weet niet iedereen). Daarom beter een iets grotere demper voor minder decibels en toch vermogen :)

@@huntingwheels7374 yes had contact with different experts. Also one who worked with the 765 moto2 project. If you check part numbers from the 765 you see a lot of comparison with the 675. Same part numbers are being used. They can take the power without problems

It's extremely loud.... 2018 RS? Then you have to install a moto2 sump and adjust the engine mapping

I have the SC exhaust and the DNA filter with a midpipe from Rastaracing145. and ECU flash would the give more gains?
What software did you use to tune the ecu?
why are the gears so tightly packed?
Could be a number of reasons you think that.
Gearing could be high as their local track is short and tech.
Or the Dyno wheel has very little resistance.
6th gear max out with this gearing is around 255-260 real km's. On the dyno it appears to be shorter.
They typically sound like this on the Dyno because most dynos are inertia dynos and don’t provide braking of the rear wheel like an actual road does, so the wheel loses very little speed before selecting the next gear.

Powercommander is not needed. Just tuning in the ECU itself
@@Ranic_nl Thinking about bringing my 765R to tuner with propably DNA filter and current exhaust - Scorpion, so there still will be 1 cat in the headers. Venturi Stacks are quite expensive so propably not going to bother.
Not trying to race for high HP, but I simply would like to make engine really smooth same as throttle response without any hesistation or struggling which I feel right now when I'm under 5k RPMs :/
@@triumph765rlow2 removing the cat and let the exhaust breathe freely will help the most. Let the Inlet and exhaust breath more and the engine will gain a lot and will response more smooth
