      With my own repair business of 24 years, I share this video makers experience and opinion. Even the best manager can only depend on one person all the time...himself.

      Then you get that one employee that robs you blind and opens a shop next to you.
      Or that other employee that lashes out at customers, and once fired, torches the shop to the ground.
      Or the guy that goes out and makes a key to a car and makes a second key when the customer is not looking, and at 4 am they steal the car. That's all on the shop owner.
      No thank you to employees
