I camp in a travel trailer with multiple dogs and they love it. They get excited when they see me loading up. They usually wind up spending a bit more time crated than they would at home but they still love their mobile house.
I would suggest a Furminator brush - it helps with shedding undercoat - just follow the instructions- someone suggested it to me for our cats - and it works! Also the lint/pet hair remover rake - great for upholstery and bedding covers and carpet for removing pet hair. Looks like a rake with no teeth. Works amazingly!
New sub here! You shared great tips and products though I do believe that dogs have enough time in their days to vacuum their own fur deposits.....they just don't want to 🤔🤪 Looking forward to your new van - I understand why you're doing it but hope the loss of floor space isn't too much of a shock! Happy New Year to you both and everyone watching from around the world 🖐😊🇬🇧
Shes cute! I like to do road trips with my fella, a 60lb lab, we just have a car... I just dont know a better traveling companion than a big dog that loves me.
i would like to do this soon with my two chugs, in the uk. i always thought it would be ahandful but after seeing the beauty you have with you i think itll be a doddle, there very active and i know the limits. good on you so good seeing people happy.
How do you have ac running continuously while you're at work for rue??? I'm thinking of doing something like this with my dog and she's about the same size. She's also half husky l o l!!
People think I'm organized and anal retentive, "Sarah Can Do", you take that to a new level. Personally, I feel being that way makes life less stressful. I hope it does for you too?
Great video as always ! We also travel with a dog, not full time but couple of months per year. Here in Québec, there is a lot of campgrounds that do not allowed to leave your dog alone in your trailer. Have you ever encounter this situation ?
Thank you so much for sharing this video! So informative! I have a couple questions. What do you do for fun with Rue? I've read about national parks not allowing dogs to hike with you and I've read about warnings about fleas and ticks on wild trails. We have a miniature Poodle, he is our family's first dog. He is very VERY active. We will be purchasing an Airstream and we'd like to know more about Rv'ing with an active doggy. My other question is, does Rue get along with other dogs? You guys seem so likable! lol Does anyone ever reach out to you to ask about hanging out? lol Thanks! 🐶🐶
I would love to see organizational hacks and hacks to maximize space that you found to work while living in your airstream! I’m about to move into this model and am dying to know how to organize all my things!
In the video, you mentioned your Husky drools. I have a Husky that can get car sick and drools constantly. I am about to solo travel in a Super C and wanted to know if your Husky was ever car sick and if so how did you handle it? Also, what do you do about the drool? It seems to leave a mess everywhere in my car. Thank you.
Thank you so much for the info! I have been told that anyone can break your window if your dog is left in a van. Do you have any more insight to this? I have been researching temperature monitors like you have and am trying to understand van life with a dog where I’d be gone for my shift. Thank you again!
When I get older, I would like full-time travel in a camper and do national dog boarding on Rover. If I get a dog, do you think I would still get good business? 🐶 🐕
Im probably looking at divorce after 10 years of marriage, and I have 3 huskies, Im thinking about going full time RV life, while doing hair on the road and content creation, sadly I think I will have to rehome at least one dog, but thank you for sharing your story. Your an inspiration and it makes me excited for my future as a single dog mum! 😅
You're my hero I'm totally jealous of your lifestyle... You're a very amazing young lady and I love the way you treat your beautiful baby husky... Everyday must be a cool adventure for you two ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I'm an official fan!
really enjoy your videos and so glad you made this one. I've been wondering about how you handle things with your dog. Thank you so much for the info! We have two corgis and a travel trailer so always interested in what others do. Wish you the best in your adventures!
Random question but if you’re selling your airstream for a van, are you parting with your JGC too? That’s where I have a hard time deciding between a towable and a driveable… jeep attachment issues! 😂
@@NomadicSarah If you are driving the new van to work, where will Rue go while you're at work? (assuming you won't leave it running all day for air conditioning in the summer)

How do you keep the trailer cool when you step out for a few hours? Great video ❤😊
First video I’ve seen from your channel. Love the content!

Same!!! I LOVE my Jeep, but it is being purchased by a family member which is sentimental and cool.
