The new Nike Mercurial AG outsole for 2021 has gone back to a more AG specific look with more studs compared to the AG-Pro outsole we saw on the Vapor 13 and Superfly 7 - and today, you can hear what's new on the Vapor 14 and Superfly 8 AG boots. The SG-Pro outsole is also new, as Nike removed the ability to change studs in order to make the Vapor 14 SG-Pro boots feel more like FG boots - and as always, JayMike will explain what's up and down and why it's an improvement.

My favorire boot is Adidas and I use Nemeziz Atmospheric Gold/White. I am a defender and I play in U-18 ISL and that boot is best for me in looks,comfort,speed and power for both tackling and shooting.

i love nike over adidas, but the new ag sole just destroyed it i feel, since you coul use the old ag sole on both fg and ag because sometimes i felt like the fg sole was a little to aggressive so i loved to use the ag sole on both fg and ag but now it's like u need to use the ag sole on only ag because there is no way you get a good grip on natural grass using the new ag sole

New AG boots remind me of the AG-R stud pattern from back in the day. I liked AG-pro a lot, but AG-R was more comfy in my opinion.

Finally some progress to sg boots. I got tired of the same copy and paste of the 6 stud pattern for sg boots. It just felt like none of the big brands wanted to innovate on that front.

In my opinion they should have released the new mercs before the gts as this may have boosted sales of the gts as people who liked the flyknit mercs would buy them.

I tried them on at the Nike store and didn't fit me well. My feet are on the wider side so it was a hastle getting in and out of the shoes. Also, the bottom of the cleats were very ridget.
