hi brother, i keep seeing people asking how to be thoughtless, i would like to share my experience. 1st thoughtless is a feelings that literally don't have sensations in your body or mind. true like what you said eg. like a dead body. But that is a dead body but we are alive, so like yogis or siddhar , they are at the extreme level where they can be thoughtless for 24 X 365 days with caution but we can't, so here is what we can do, 1. increase the timing of meditation and frequently. 2. Each time when we caution, make your mind free ...stop thinking about anything ...it has to be empty....and you may do your work as usual(Like what you said always)... Last , in a gradual process we will and promisingly we will start to merge from duality to one .....very gradual process with determination. Don't worry keep doing the holly guidance will show you the right time and place .....determination is very important. Trust me when the body, and soul are ready the universe will know....so our job is for now to do....start the point to do.... you will have your own guidance to guide you to your level....what you need and how to go for the next steps if stuck or need more enhancement...ONE IMPORTANT thing when your mind is empty put kavasam or visualise first you are surrounded with white light. this is to avoid anything or other disturbing your mind and body...prayer is important ask your kula devaim or holy guidance to protect you while you're in this practice since you have your daily task to do....
