I haven’t tried that challenge myself but I guess that the strategy is to play almost like SF2, no Parry, DR or DI, only DR after a hit confirm, and fast recovery moves.

This would be easy to beat it's just most players dont understand is the challenge is purposely out of time fighting where every time you would normally hit is miss timed so you get confused also dont you think they have set it to attack as you press a button its programmed to be quicker than your press

This is exactly what I had to do to get the Injustice platinum. Spam 1 or 2 highly effective combos continuously and hope you get lucky!
