- On Fathers Day I pop down to see Carlos father and take some fresh eggs. We take a walk around Zio Giovannis vegetable garden with it's fantastic clifftop view of Positano.
I cut my hair. Please don't try this at home and them blame me if it goes wrong! I took a fringe cutting class from here: www.jaynematthews.com
I visited Giosuè at the Paradise Bar kitchens to watch how he makes Pastiere, the traditional Italian Easter cake made with wheat grain. There are many many recipes online for this that you can search for if you wish to try and make it.

The drone shot at the end gave a nice perspective of the stairs to Positano.
The music was also perfect to set the mood. Perhaps walking up/down lots of stairs would be far more pleasant if this music was playing in our heads.

omg, that last bit with the drone footage, ive seen you walk down those stairs so many times, but seeing you walk up via the drone, really puts it in perspective. Those are some steep stairs, and you must be so fit to be able to climb them. Hats off to you Nicki. Stay safe.

What a brave pooch, riding shotgun on a scooter, flying through Italy! Lol. If she’s not riding on a scooter, she’s walking on the edge of a cliff or some steep stairs. I get scared just watching her and kitty, but she’s always smiling like she’s having the time of her life. Fearless and adorable 🥰 Holly.

I just love the diversity of topics you bring to your videos: from the always enjoyable walks around your beautiful town, to your very instructive hair-cutting video, which turned out fantastic! (I also have long hair, but just hand scissors to whomever is nearby when mine needs cutting - now will buy hair razor and try myself.), to the fascinating pastiera- making, the gorgeous spring blooms, and for the finale, Carlo's amazing drone footage of you walking up that seemingly endless set of stairs to your house. This last clearly shows that you literally climb a mountain every time you go down to town and back! Particularly impressive for Holly with her short little legs. Many thanks.

Monday mornings would not be complete without your vlogs. I can’t get over how much food growing is done by your family members. I found the Easter baking interesting and it brought back childhood memories in the UK , of my mother baking a Simnel Cake with marzipan eggs in a nest on the top. I am a very recent fan of your video. It has all my favourite things, Italy , garden foraging and a glimpse of what it would be like to live in another country. I am constantly amazed by the ingenuity. The houses and pathways built into the side of a cliff and growing so much food in tiny spaces.
