Just watched. Really like what you did with your bike. I’m in the process of building an 850 myself. Was wondering what size tires you have on this? Thanks and have a good day.

Dzięki :) Kolejny w trakcie realizacji...
Przy Suzuki jeszcze trochę pracy pozostało, do wiosny powinna być nieco odświeżona.

    Nice! 3 questions:
    1. How did you clean your carburetors out?
    2. What parts did you use to jet and tune them after you put on the pod filters and exhaust?
    3. Did you just drop the stock forks?

      Hi.
all carburetor components have been glasblasted.I use smal sandblasting machine but used fine glass.
What parts to jet and tune? I use conical filters and regulate them simple vacuum gauge.
Forks I rise up and ley down board. Thats all.

Czesc. Czym robiłeś pokrywy gaźników i komory pływakowe? Fajnie wyglądają. Jak osiągnąć taki efekt? Czy to hydroblasting?

Nice job, I'm about to start something similar in my GS850, If may I ask you some things:
Did you rise the rear part of the tank to match with your seat?
Also did you rise the seat height?
And last one, beside chop off the tail there's another trim on frame, thanks.

      Hi, Thank's a lot.
I did't rise up fuel tank, install it on the same level.
Seat is on the same high but original was very high and this one is thin.
When I cutted and welded frame under seat i had put inside smaller pipes for strength this element.
Let me know you e-mail address then I will send you some photos of this steps.

Hello dear. I have a 1981 Suzuki GS850 that I have transformed into the cafe racer style. Since always, after the transformation, it has given me problems in the carburation due to the installation of POD's type conical filters. I have tried to find out enough about the subject, but it seems that it is well entangled. I even acquired and installed a set of larger jet´s recommended to me by several people. The problem persists ... in low walks perfect, but in high the engine seems forced and the final speed does not exceed 90 Km / hr. Could you give me some recommendation? Thanks and regards"

Hello, sorry for late answer but your message was in spam :(
The same problem i had with my Honda cx500 and then situation was the same.
Two noozles were not correct installed in carburetors. One was responsible for low engine speed and motor had not enougth power to cross 100 km/h. Hope you solved the problem... :)
