If you have cooked rice or potatoes, blend them with little bit of water (1-2 tbs of rice or 1 small potato) and mix with the kimchi sauce.
It works like yeast which helps to ferment and makes the juice much enjoyable.

I googled where to find ramsons here in Canada and it is only in the Niagara peninsula of southern Ontario and I live in northern Ontario. Interesting to learn about it and your recipe I look forward to trying.🖤🖤🖤

Thanks for this super easy recipe. Sadly I didn’t manage to forage wild garlic this year, but maybe next :) I tried kimchi once before and It was a very weird recipe with a lot of salt and it tasted terrible. But yours looks great, i might try again :)
