This is perfection! In this video it became very clear to me that you're truly our neighbouring country despite the Baltic sea in between. We have very similar nature and traditions in Finland. I'm really sad that I missed my chances to go to a cabin due to sickness and other travels this summer, so this made me sad and happy at the same time. But yesterday I had a great day in nature close to Helsinki and went on a professionally guided mushroom tour for the first time and found many delicious mushrooms and had them with pasta and oatcream. It was such a wonderful experience to learn about the different mushrooms and then prepare them freshly at home! We also found the last blueberries and the first ripe lingonberries! Have to try this recipe after my next mushroom hunt! Chanterelles are also big here. I hope you had a wonderful time at the cabin!

2 weeks ago I went to the mountains for a mini trip and bought chanterelles from the side of the road. I cooked them for the first time and they were yummy. 😋
