    A good how to vid thanks. If you had moisture getting into different from hub, then the inner shaft seal would need to be leaking, and some oil would have come out of the bearing too.
    I didn't know you could get heavy duty drive flanges, maybe some thread lock on the nut would stop it escaping 😃

    Thank you for this video - mine failed Mot this week on o/s front bearing. I’d adjusted it but it was too far gone! 3 hrs out today with your video to hand for reference and it’s job done. That and a fog light bulb and it’s re-test time tomorrow. 👍🤞

      Sorry to hear it failed but glad you got it sorted! And glad the video helped. Good luck tomorrow

    Nice one mate, you get another sub. 100nm on second but took me a bit by surprise. I thought it is 61nm also but if looks like tip from someone who works on those for a bit. Best

    Thanks for taking time to shoot such a good and informative video.Just wondering though, didn't see you grease the front bearing.waiting for the video of how to do the front headlights.
    Thanks mate.

      Thanks Edward, the front bearing should be greased the same as the rear, I just didn’t show it as it would make the video even longer.
      The headlight video will be up soon I just need to do the finishing touches. Thank you for following 👍

    play in the wheel when you shake it from 6 and 12 o clock can also indicate that the bearings in the swivel ball are shot. if the play is still there when you press on the brakes then you'll know for sure that swivel bearing is gone

    • @TheNorthernExplorer
      @TheNorthernExplorer  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Luckily for me I did the swivels a couple of years ago with new balls and bearings etc
