cerebral hemorrhage, in spanish "hemorragia cerebral" can be interpreted as "sangrado en el cerebro" or literally "brain bleeding". It's not the correct term but it's not hard to understand what she meant. I don't agree with the lady but picking apart every word she says is kinda petty.

Luckily I survived and am ok now, but I understand what she's saying. I can feel my head hurt when I try to dive in a pool, get dizzy way easier than before, and wouldn't risk big, sudden drops like those in a roller coaster.
I definitely don't agree with her opinions, but I can empathize with the brain injury and having English as a second language. Rexodiak is right, it makes more sense in Spanish.
