    I've cracked it - there are two apps. I initially set up one camera on the Blue app but the second one wouldn't connect. So I downloaded the other app (grey icon), signed up with the same details and it paired the second camera (as shown in the video above). The app also needed to be updated, but that worked well. I stuck with the app that worked for me. So I'd say, whichever app you are currently using, try the other version instead! I hope that helps!
    (It only took me a week of hair pulling to figure it out. XD)

      By trying to use the other versions do you mean like the icon for Nooie cam 360, Nooie Cam outdoors...

      @@MichaudMelissa When you go to the playstore there are two versions of the app available for download (at least, two show up for me). One didn't allow me to add another camera, so I downloaded the other one, which worked (and still works fine for both cameras I have).

      Yeah, I used both apps and it still stuck! The (Blue N icon) and the (Grey N icon)

      OK so I went to their site, contacted their support team by email and they responded back with the following solution. I still haven't tried this because well they are actually sending a file so I can upgrade its Firmware but I have my personal concerns to even do so. But here you go!
      "It seems the firmware of your nooie 360 camera is too low. Prepare a sd card to upgrade the firmware.
      1. Insert the SD card into the computer
      2. Create an update folder in the root directory of the card
       (Print Screen attached showing folder named 'update')
      3. Put the attached update.tar file into the "update" folder, and the result is like the picture in the attachment
       (Print Screen attached showing the (.tar) file inside the 'update' folder created)
      4. Insert the SD card into the camera, and then power off the camera and power on again
      5. Note: The SD card will automatically upgrade when it detects the file. Make sure that the power supply is stable during the upgrade, and do not power off during the flashing red light.
      Then reset the camera to connect again.
      IPC100 reset method: use a small object to poke the reset button which is next to usb port until it beeps.

    Had the same problem and found out that if you have more than on mobile phone with the app installed the Cam 360 will have connectivity issues. I just deleted the app on my wife's iphone and the solid white light appeared. It is working properly now and I reinstalled it on my wife's mobile.

    Did you solve this issue somehow? I’m having the exact same problem. The camera worked fine for 8 months and then I lost my connection to it, and now I’m where you were in this video.

      After the QR code scans you have to wait for the light to turn STEADY white as the instructions says. Solid white then your paired!

      @@wilber8uk yes you HAVE to wait for the light, it could take 2 secs or 2 minutes just hold up the phone and wait for the light to be SOLID WHITE hen move forward..

      @@axiuniqueasmr5323 it turned solid white but then when i hit the button that says camera beeped to go to the next thing it give me a screen that says pairing... please wait, and it has a count down with a moving graphic and then 180 second count down and then it always says paring failed after that. so i'm stumped. reading something on the site about how the products could still be paired with another account. mine is the 360 cam. thanks for all the help God bless.-pc

      Take a paper clip and press the small reset button in the back. It’ll work after. 👌

      Did you figure it out? Have to wait for the light to turn STEADY white after the QR. Like it says in the instructions.

    Can't believe this actually worked, but I was trying to scan the QR code for a good 15 minutes with no success. Screen brightness full and moving the QR code back and forth, still no result. Then, in a moment of pure desperation, I changed my phone settings from 'dark mode' to 'light mode' and it scanned the QR code in a matter of seconds. Hope this method helps!

    I was running into the same issue, managed to pair it properly by keeping the QR code in front of the camera until the light turns solid white. So after the first noise, WAIT! It will make 2 or so more noises and then turn solid white. When the light is blinking the QR scanning appears to be incomplete... Hope this helps!

      @@CaptureJake12 I tried like 10-15 times before I noticed that sometimes it beeped a second time if you showed the QR code again for a few seconds. So then I tried resetting, and just putting the QR in front, and holding it still there. The first beep took like 5 seconds, the second like 15 or so? and then another 5-10 seconds later the light was suddenly solid white. So I'd say less than 2 minutes total. Definitely not on my first attempt, but not moving the QR code seemed to help. Your success may vary.., I might have gotten lucky? :-/ Good luck!

      @@MauriceA19995 and When did you Click on "Next step" to start pairing After showing QR Code? I am trying for 2 hours now but it just dont want to Connect anymore..
      Worked perfectly before an Firmware update. It also Never beeps a 2nd Time for me:(

    I factory reset the camera twice (by pressing using something sharp on the little button on the back for 10 seconds ) and then I was able to pair the device

    After this video the last thing I could possibly try was to look and see if my internet was somehow blocking the connection from the device and it was the device was paused and the minute I unpaused it it connected

    Has anyone found a solution yet it’s mega irritating! I have done what was mentioned below and held the QR in-front, no difference even after 1hr! All settings for wifi are as they should be. The customer support are useless, no response at all

      Yeah I tried holding QR code at camera for almost a minute. No change. You ever get yours fixed? I'm wondering if it's a 5ghz wifi issue.

      @@camy252camy3 it’s exactly that. At the bottom of the WiFi screen it says in gray print “2.4 ghz WiFi network only.”

    I just realized mine is apparently linked to a previous owner and I can’t pair it :( even tried all this troubleshooting and couldn’t it gave me a message saying it is linked to another account

      Did factory resetting it at the back of the camera work? I've just bought one second hand and fearing this is my issue but I am in contact with the previous owner so if the reset doesn't work I'll see if they can unpair from it

      So when I bought this I used it at my parents to monitor my daughter sleeping your telling me I have to go back to their house discount it then it will work at my house??😵‍💫
      I'm having the same issue. I get all the way to the picture step. My camera beeps when i show it the picture- but then after that it just won't connect to my wifi!!! The white light will just blink for days. Iv reset it and everything 😒🔫

      I found the issue, it was paired to the previous owners log in. Once they unpaired it for me mine worked

      Same Here. Had a solid white/Blue light but app did not connect. The former owner had To delete it first. Factory reset was not enough.

    Reset the device with an iPhone needle (or anything tiny) and it will fix the problem (at least worked for me)

    DO NOT USE YOUR 5G NETWORK. FInally after almost a year of having this thing, my wife made me figure out how to use it. On the screen where you select a WiFi network, it says it only supports 2.4ghz networks. Stupid, but it’s there.

    After you scan the QR code you have to wait for the cam.. it'll blink white then after 45 secs to a minute itll turn steady white, like it says in the instructions. Click next and you'll be paired!!

    If you keep holding the scan bar facing the camera till it is constant white and not blinking, then you hit next.
