Please help!!! I bought this camera because of your review. It took an hour to connect and now that I have it connected, the camera won’t move (pan). It absolutely won’t move. Not from the app not with motion detection. My dog is running around and the camera remains stationary. Any help would be so appreciated

it takes a hour to set up? I'm disappointed it started working when I first got it now it jumps offline it's like it's set up halfway but not 100%
