  • Redcat Kaiju with steel spur Upgrade & Diff maintenance. I also stuffed in a 11T pinion. The stock plastic spur gear wasn't bad I just wanted better performance and less flex with the steel spur gear. I'll start with the 11 tooth pinion and monitor motor temps and go higher if I can. I wasn't sure exactly what weight diff fluid this truck and my preference would be so I went with modest weights. Hopefully this helps when setting up your Redcat Kaiju.

      @@soulrebelrc6341 Yes sir. I run mine on 4s as well. 6s is to much for this truck. I mean its doable but you have to feather the throttle lightly so it wont flip over so much.

      @@donaldbarron7916 I agree. 4s has always been plenty of power in this truck for me. With the bigger pinion and fresh diff fluid the truck is way more responsive in the air and ground . Feels totally different in a good way
