Dude! I was thinking the exact same thing! It's a bigger rival mt10. I had a kaiju in the past and just bought another one. They make upgrade parts now. A year ago when I had mine parts support was crap. That's why I sold it.

Badlands belted from Proline is what you need...you do speed runs with these stock tires and you won't be able to keep it straight. Instead 6s I ran mine in 5s
I have some on my Kraton im thinking about trying
6s is too much i think but on 4s its one of the best redcats out there thank for the video i like the front tires at the end were they balloned

Great vid! Since you have access to your dad's Kraton can you do a side by side indepth video comparison on a bench? they are obviously different but serve the same "stunt truck" purpose. Things like: size, price, pros/cons, your preference, and dollar per value evaluation. I am really looking at the Kaiju. I have plenty of Redcat product (2 Gen8's, old Gen7, Camo X4 Pro, Wendigo RTR and Kit, finally a Marksman). I like the fact that many of Redcat's products are HSP sourced designs as it is about as close to an open market platform as there is. With the HSP parts line you have several cars from around the world to source modifications, upgrades, and replacements. My Camo X4 is mashup of 3 HSP cars, an Axial Yeti, and a Wendigo rear axle (I abuse it violently!). There are so many HSP compatible builds out there. On the other hand the Kraton looks like a killer rig. Thanks in advance. Subbed.
