I used to have a defender 110 model from Burago i think? And after watching an episode I'd always replay the exciting bits and make my own adventures as a young lad.

For me these are more scale Crawlers, where it's about how they look, but I was amazed how well the Range Rover did. 👍😎

I have the RocHobby Fire Horse aka FMS, it too has the 050 motor and it really is a great little motor. And the Fire Horse is a much larger truck than these. So it'll def. be plenty power for this new line by FMS....Thanks for the content..... Crawler on Dude!!!!…✌✌

Do you reckon 1.0” wheels will look too large, as believe they these are running smaller?
I think 1" wheels would be too big. Fair RC have just announced they'll be doing some 0.75" ally wheels, so interested to see those. 👍
I reckon with a touch of weight up front, it'll perform even better. 👍

@do u RC - if I want to buy upgrades for the tires before the rover gets here, what size fits the rim?
I believe they're 0.75" wheels, so choices will be limited. Batrazzi via Fair RC have just released some ally wheels and I'm sure Injora won't be far behind with wheels and tyres. 👍
@@DoURC do you think 1" would be too much? i think it would help the ground clearance issue.
@@DoURC i also love the rims that come with it, so it hurts to change them.

@sethzorzi The stock tyres aren't bad tbh. One option would be add some brass or lead to the wheels to add weight. 👍
Do they have the same hex size as other RCs, so if I wanted to, switch to a 1” rim?
Yeah, just checked for you, same size. You'd need a small tyre though, as a 1" wheel does look a bit big. 👍

I haven't tried the Defenders yet, will be doing so this week. I don't think they'll do as well, as the Range Rover is lower and doesn't have the spare wheel on the back. 👍

@@DoURC exactly what I want to hear. lol just getting into the hobby and haven’t even bought a crawler yet and I’m in analysis paralysis there are so many good options. Definitely leaning towards the discovery or the defender 110. Thanks for the feedback!
@Ozzypants2020 Won't be long and companies like Injora etc will have brass options for low down weight. 👍
thats on all steering servos does not matter how much u spend u well burn them up

just to let u know the way u set the epa on your steering sevo will cause it to burn out try flipping it over onto to its roof and look to see where the steering hits home /machanical throw and back it back one beep on that hand set or u will be wasting money on steering servos and never know y
Thanks for the advice. I've ran all my FMS rigs on full steering without any issues so far though, but something to bear in mind. 👍
Hi my friend how you doing another good video which one is your preference this scale or the 1/10 I feel the bigger scale much better and they feel sold my opinion sorry if some don't agree this would be ok for a second car to crawl with the 1/10 but I like it and you got my service I'm part of your channel my friend keep up the good work

I prefer 1/10 scale tbh as you can do more with them. Plus I love mudding and it's much more fun with a big rig. Mini Crawlers are really good though, especially if you have limited space. 👍
