Whoever came up with the law against intersection between Sages and Witches is probably the real reason why the two clans went into war to begin with. That, along with traditions, are what sometimes tear such communities and friendships apart. Love is what brought Rosa and Balder together and their child into the world. That's the one thing they've never put into the making of this game series.
That is the smartest thing I have heard anyone say about this game and while I am typing that BS about the intersection of light and darkness happens everyday in the hearts of regular everyday humans.

im playing on pc
I impulse bought Bayonetta 2 (came with Bayo 1 for free) and I just couldn’t get into it. The combat required more thought than I expected. It just wasn’t my type of game. But rewatching that opening graveyard cutscene and song reminded me why I wanted to watch a playthrough of it in the first place!
i got bayonetta 1 and 2 and i was super excited to play them, but similarly met a roadblock in the difficulty of the first game, though i did manage to get through it and finish the first one and then the second one's stories.
dont worry though, if you ever come back to it, you can just take it slow. im slowly getting better at the game as well and im trying to at least complete it with platinum rating on all chapters.
also the second game's difficulty isnt nearly as steep as the first one's, and if you keep getting stone awards every chapter in the circumstance that you do pick it back up, dont feel bad about it, since thats what happens to everyone when they first play the game lol

The title of the video says gameplay but you skipped it and only showed the cutscenes
because there is some gameplay sprinkled in there. that’s why it’s listed last
Had history changed from the sealing?
Yes- when Bayonetta sends little Cereza back in time, it briefly shows how history changes in that timeline. The little Cereza grows up like normal, but right as Jeanne is about to seal her with the dagger, she deflects it with her watch/amulet and stands up, and sort of repeats the words our Bayonetta told her: “I’m not afraid anymore, mummy. There is nothing I cannot do.” And then she has the courage to stand up and fight alongside Jeanne and awaken her true power (originally she lost courage after losing her mother, resulting in Jeanne sealing her away or else she would have given up against the forces of Heaven). That’s why our Bayonetta was able to awaken the power too, since she basically inspired herself. It’s a little hard to understand it but I think it’s pretty profound!
