Thank you for taking the time to teach, I just got my piano a little over a month ago and I don't even know how to read a note, but I have learned a couple songs, I guess that's a start.
SO GOOOOOD. absolutely love this. quick question. just wondering, how do you know that changing from Cmajor to Fmajor 4:42 would be suitable? like for example if i wanted to use II-V-I in g major holding the same notes, would that work? or does it work best with IV of the original key? would really love tips on this. thank you in advanced!
Happy you liked it! Try it! Yes, it would work also in Gmajor holding the same notes. If you had to harmonize a note outside the scale (a b-natural in Fmajor for instance) you would just play a 2-5-1 in f-lydian. But, more on that in future videos!
Great stuff... I still don't get why some things are should/cloud be played after one an another... but would love to find out somehow! :) So I can play creative too. :)
Fantastic subject! Thanks 🙏 I think I'm able to explain that quite simple in a video - but not in a TH-cam comments section unfortunately. Have patience!
