I work at an elementary school, and the other day I was walking past the girls room. A little girl about 8 yrs old was walking by the mirror. She stopped, winked at herself and exclaimed "Well, I look cute !" 😉 It was so sweet and heartwarming. I just love her confidence. I totally want to be like her lol. 😊

Yes!!! I’ve been working out 5 days a week consistently since Jan 1st and I’m down 18lbs!! I feel you on this! I wake up an hour before my kids and I’ve been doing Sydney Cummings workouts on TH-cam and I feel amazing! Cheers to us! So proud of all of you!!❤
My girlfriend and I meet at 5:45am daily to walk 2 miles, knowing she's getting ready to meet me outside my house at 5:45 holds me accountable. It's the best way to start our day! Our pups love it as well.
I was at a party and was talking to a great grandma. She was keto and did intermittent fasting she was talking about caster oil on necks for thighroid and on liver and how it can help disease and reverse things. She was in a wheel chair when she was in her younger years and had MS. And she made a lot of helath shifts and healed her self. She started with the Daniel fast and now does keto. And the fasting. She looks 20 years younger then she is and feels amazing and is active. It was the most amazing conversation i had in a few minutes. I could have talked to her for hours!

I had been working out about 6 days a week since the end of November (basically walking videos at home with light weights) and was feeling the same way! Looking and feeling better than I had since having my first child 6 years ago. I'm pregnant again (6th pregnancy and hopefully 4th living child) and sick. It's amazing how fast the tighter leg, butt, and ab muscles go. But yesterday I was feeling well enough to walk for excise! First time in 6 weeks! It felt great and miss it so much! Can't wait to get into this 2nd trimester and be able to move my body more - for me and the baby!

Walking in the rain is calming. Having proper clothes on so you don't get soaked is a must. The noise of the rain and having your hood over your head, I find is meditative as you can hear your breathing. I walk of my but I'm going to give it a try. My mum walks everyday and she had a major operation and her doctors were so impressed with her recovery time. I'm hitting 50 in July, it's time for me to change.

I haven't weighed myself in years and at the doctors I get so a blind weigh so they don't tell me. A lot of people see that as me having an issue with my weight when really it's the opposite. I don't want to fixate on a number.

Love your personality! I am working on this same thing. It's hard for me because my 5 kids are homeschooled, so I can't exactly skip out of the house every morning to walk, but these days, I am doing it anyway. I am 37 and having way too many pains. I don't focus on the weight much either. My scale tells me my BMI and fat percentages and I am more focused on what it says my fit age is vs my weight. and I am not happy with my metrics, nor how I have been feeling! So I force myself to walk at least 30 minutes a day.

Thank you! I’ve been on the same journey after a cholesterol wake up call from (of all doctors) my eye doctor! Working out 3 days any week and walking on other days. Trying to stay hydrated. Eat better. But these past few weeks have been ROUGH in Texas heat! We’ll get more used to it though; that’s what I keep telling telling myself.
I’m going to start walking my left knee I have bone on bone arthritis which is a little challenging at times but I’m going to do it and hydrate more thank you 😊

It's a struggle to walk out of the apartments, which is a hike to get to the car and food shop. I have arthritis in my knees and ankles. I did buy a copper infused ankle support and it works. Now I will look for knee support as well. They sell this at Walmart. I think you look Great and you have an engaging personality, which is everything!!!! Your hair looks so good too. Did you say grief??? Do you even know what grief is? Imagine losing both of your parents before you were 40. Grief will never be the thing I want to walk for. Grief is killing me, not wanting to walk around pretending my parents are still here.
Yes 42 over here. My cycle did get a lot heavier after 35. To the point where I’m checking myself like I just started getting when I was a lot younger. I was getting certain health issues that start off minor and when I used to go into the office often I was able to exercise like waking constantly. I love WFH and plan to continue until I retire lol. I have to force myself to walk even waking to do as well bc we both need to walk and get some natural vitamin D from the sun. Even if it means waking at least three times a week. I feel better.

You are such an inspiration!!! I remember my friend's parents walked EVERY NIGHT after dinner. They did this for YEARS. Both lived long healthy lives.
