I had it at like 2 million but now I set it too 100k and now I’m getting KB/S a lot more earlier I used to get like 100 KB/S per 10 seconds now I’m getting it more often
🤦♂ I have 1 gig download speeds, no vpn and a disabled firewall updated drivers and all of the above. This was no help. It throttles at 10 mbps which is not what a 1 gig internet connection should provide. Steam and my ps5 are steady downloading games at speeds above 300mbps.

SAME. For me it was going down to 0mbps so the video did work for me. It’s a consistent 10mbps
On epic games i got 1 mb/s but on steam i got 25mb/s i dont know what the problem is

Close steam because it takes to much internet I closet and it's gone from 0 to 10 mb/s
Maybe you have 25 mbps on steam and 1 mbs on epic

my internet my cable my drivers everything is fine i literally get 600mbps and everytime i update or download on epic games launcher it drops to 0 and sometimes spikes to really slow 10mbps

You can only have fast downloads as much as epic allows it. If many people Download at the same time, they throttle everyones downloads from that region, so that the servers dont overload.

You need to untick throttle it will make it slower if not untick

steam downloads with 300 mb/s without any settings and epic tops at 30 mb/s even with throttle at 0
limiting your throttle could tend to increase your download speed, 0 means unlimited, try putting it at 100 or 500 ect

vpn worked for me, from like inconsistent 4mb-100kb-0bites to constant 8mb/s

@@JohnnySmartie i live in Vancouver so I did US seattle servers and just reconnected until I got the 31mb/s (nord vpn)

I have Gigabyte Internet. I can get as high as 900mb/s on Steam, but even after applying this tutorial to Epic - I get 60mb/s MAX. Wth...

Nothing works. I get 35 megabytes per second or around 270 mbps with Steam, EA, and about 25 megabytes per second with Gamepass Xbox App. I get 3.5 with epic. Fresh windows installs, new network drivers, firewall rules, the config ini file fix (makes it way worse, down to dial up speeds here), it's just broken. At least in Australia.

ive had this problem ever since ive downloaded fortnite on my pc for the first time in 2018 and none of these worked i have tried numerous tutorials and none has helped (i got 1.6-2mb on epic games whilst on steam i get like 2.8/3.2mb)
fr i just deleted fortnite and it didn’t help with this rocket league update at all

epic is trash im getting 2-3MB/s while im on 500mb/s ethernet connection steam goes to 60MB/s no problem
