I was thinking of living with other people next time I'll come to Japan but I don't know any people who do that... so I was wondering :)
This is a stupid question but I have to ask. All these places and espacily the restaurants in japan - do they have an english menu for tourists? I would love to go to there later this year so any tips about tokyo and japan in general will be higly appreciated!
Even if there is not a menu in English many restaurants have menus with pictures of almost every item that they restaurant serves. I know it can be daunting to go to a place where you do not speak the language, but Japanese restaurant owners were always very helpful to me when I needed help with a menu. Just be courteous, learn some basic expressions in Japanese ( such as " What is this, Can I have this please, I do not understand, Do you have an English menu?" etc) and research the food a bit so you know in general what you are getting. The food is so great in Japan! Do not miss out!
I'm actually a girl,I can understand Japanese,I'm Vietnamese but I can understand English very well,I'm the top student in my gifted class.My favorite anime is this Japanese anime called Ouran Highschool host club.
