As a long-standing Cubase Pro owner and amateur user, my conclusion so far, which this video did not change, is that the free Loopmaster software does a much better job and offers better alternatives than Cubase for third party loops. Have you checked it out? (Plus, you can regularly download more free samples if, like me, you’re not interested in buying yet more!)

Thanks for this helpful series of lessons. Double-clicking on a loop sample on a PC doesn't appear to permit editing of the loop's meta-data :-(
I solved the problem. Allow Editing in Result List has to be checked in MediaBay settings (leftmost cog on the menu bar. Off by default)
