Mr Bird [56] my Galah from NSW watched this from beginning to end on my arm in Plymouth. Now he's preening on my knee. Tokk exception to another video of a Macaw!
I play these noise to settle my new galahs they are a pair I got after a deceased estate not sure how old they are but had eggs in hollows in cage now they have thrown out eggs. I would like to think that is normal cos eggs are now old im hoping for spring cos they have settled in well to new home.
Fun fact for those who didn't know - Galahs a monogamous, meaning they have one and only one central partner at a time, so if you see two galahs sitting together it's extremely likely they are mates.
When I feel homesick I google all things Aussie. this video was perfect! Thanks x
I showed this to Gary my galah and he started running so fast he was going to fast for his body he tripped over 😂😂🤦♀️🤦♀️

Hey guys just a quick question, does anyone else here them meow?
Help would be great as it’s for my science project
They apparently don't make the parrotish shrieking noises I would've expected, but instead chirp like other birds.
Oh no, they absolutely DO shriek and squawk.
For example, my RB2, Charlie, squawks twice a day, like clockwork, for about five minutes a session.
This tree cost one million
