When I heard "Dutchman" and "Didier" in one the same sentence, I IMMEDIATELY knew it was this guy whom I also met up with irl at the 2019 Hobbyking meet at Rozenburg modelclub. I really need to get back flying more often, but the incessent (often cross) winds we've been having over here at west europe since the start of the flying season have really taken away a lot of the fun.
Wow, these tow planes and the GIANT gliders were really impressive. And to see and hear you guys having soo much fun while flying in the strong Dutch wind was so much fun! You were really plying with the wind instead of fighting it! Great skills and very brave!! Great job!!
There is nothing like Glider towing. I got hooked the first time watching 6 years ago. I have yet to see a Dutch man in its natural habitat. That is next on my bucket list.
It was blowing pretty hard at that aerotow on Friday but not as bad as in Holland, yikes. Both of those tow-planes easily hauled my 18lb 4m Ka7. Awesome event.
We had wind like that at a recent event; it was CRAY CRAY! Really separated the men from the boys. The pattern planes didn't care. My jets didn't care (too much!), but my Flite Test planes where just accidents waiting to happen. R.I.P. Scout, Tutor and Baron.
As usual, absolutely INSANE content being posted up by the Boys from the Granite State! I think I loved the tugs even better than the gliders (double entendre intended...). Good times, looking forward to more videos featuring your travels, all the best from your friend in the Mojave Desert!
Thank you for being humble enough to correct a mistake. I don't have the means for a plane like that Z-37 yet, but I can vouch for the skill of Peter Goldsmith as a designer and the quality of his kits. They are superior in quality to anything I have ever built from Sig or Great Planes/Top Flite/Dynaflite. His F3L design, the Opal, won Nats last year.
great video guys, Personally I would like to see more giant gliders, and more of the C185. I think the biggest glider we have that regularly flies at my club ( VARMS, Victoria Australia) is a 6m libbelle... LUV YA WORK BLOKE, keep the Video's coming
I like the comment for the DeHavilland Vampire jet 'turbine' burning the grass "It's real because we said so" .. aka "You know it's real because it looks so fake" - Eelahn Mushk
Hey this is my home field ay the glider event and hey...wait I was parked right next to you guys and can't believe I didn't recognize your voice. Great flying and thanks for coming out!
There's no doubt about it to me, glider towing is great fun, I've done it in the past and enjoyed myself immensely, but unfortunately no one in my club is currently interested in it, shame really they're missing out on so much fun.
I have a wltoy xk 160 got it flying great had a lot o practice now. I brought the fms p - 18 1300mm super cub still over a month ago still haven't put it in the air. I can fly the little toy with gyro off whats the chance of me getting the p-18 up and down in 1 piece.
You guys don’t have a good track record of flying in AMA approved flying sites and areas….. so I say; hells yeah you should get a ginormous glider and then try to fly it 190 mph through wooded areas…. Bounce it on for us! 1000 likes!
What a fun afternoon that was!!! Really enjoyed meeting and flying with you!!! You are welcome to join me anytime! 💪🏼🔥✈️
Windy flying followed by frikandellen speciaal, thats a pretty standard mo over here!! Love your work guys, THNX!!

5:13 that’s the Netherlands! Always wind, wind, rain, wind, and I almost forget wind.
It’s fun to see you guys in my home country 😀
Did you mention wind and rain? 🤣 Greetings from that windy and rainy country! (It's nice and flat though!)

That tow plane was beautiful
Hey Z, going to HNL on a layover on Monday. Renting a 2-32 for the day on the North Shore. Decent layover by any measure.
Nice! Just did Aruba recently - love any tropical overnight haha
You are amazing guys❤ keep it up like this and happy landings❤( one of your best videos) also the fun cub was amazing
Truth guys
Dider is one of the nicest people I ever met in Aviaton, it just a matter of time when you guys will meet him
Very true. And he is able to throw DLG's into lower earth orbit.
Big big smiles as always. Ty
Have you guys flown the UMX timber x
I have, I`m still deaf........
I'd love to see more videos with info about Tow Plane setups! This was a lot of fun!
These giant RC planes are so badass.
That's so cool that you guys came to my country (netherlands)
If it ain't Dutch, it ain't much.
Most bad ass tow plane ever.
Cheers
In six days, God created the earth and the skies... And on the seventh day, as a finishing touch... God created the Dutch!! 😎

Unionville Connecticut, whats uuuuuup!! ✈️🛫
Wow, that thing sounds amazing cutting through the air 🛩

That 185 tho! Damn.. Dutch FTW.
Oh my, I could watch the tow planes take off and land all day!! 👍

A wild Didier appears 😂
1:15 Z-37 Čmelák WAS NOT POLISH TOW PLANE it is Czechoslovakia crop duster (plane for farmers)
We had wind like that at a recent event; it was CRAY CRAY! Really separated the men from the boys. The pattern planes didn't care. My jets didn't care (too much!), but my Flite Test planes where just accidents waiting to happen. R.I.P. Scout, Tutor and Baron.
Z-37 čmelák is Czech made. In english it means bumblebee
As usual, absolutely INSANE content being posted up by the Boys from the Granite State! I think I loved the tugs even better than the gliders (double entendre intended...). Good times, looking forward to more videos featuring your travels, all the best from your friend in the Mojave Desert!
That has to be the coolest tow plane I've ever seen!
EDIT: The Z-37 Čmelák is a Czech aircraft, not Polish.

Love to see it 🔥😂, sorry if I caused any troubles 😂😭

and , how do you like the typical dutch fastfood?
Hey this is my home field ay the glider event and hey...wait I was parked right next to you guys and can't believe I didn't recognize your voice. Great flying and thanks for coming out!
Great footage. Enjoyed it!
Piloting a tow plane feels like such a huge responsibility I'd definitely somehow mess it up if I ever tried😅
There's no doubt about it to me, glider towing is great fun, I've done it in the past and enjoyed myself immensely, but unfortunately no one in my club is currently interested in it, shame really they're missing out on so much fun.
Another outstanding video production! So fun!
This was a really good video!! Great job!
Give us a non slowmotion landing of those tow planes. Great video as always! 😃
You have to scratchbuild one of these giant gliders. Maybe build a 3d foamcutter and then cut the wingpieces out of foam
Hi, Z-37 Cmelak isn´t Polish but Czech agricultural airplane that are used for towing too.
HELL YERRRR HOG GLIDER
I have a wltoy xk 160 got it flying great had a lot o practice now. I brought the fms p - 18 1300mm super cub still over a month ago still haven't put it in the air. I can fly the little toy with gyro off whats the chance of me getting the p-18 up and down in 1 piece.
That tow plane is the bee's knees😊
Keep going
Drulling over the 185 and the sailplane(the big one). I have a airworld Nemere II 4 meter sailplane.
Fun!
The dutch weather is real ( ive flown today and its WINDY )
you guys should come fly here at the field i always fly at
Great video
This is such an awesome channel
Bad enough with The Flying Dutchman, now we got several of them 😉
Do a video with the flying Daneman next, speedsterDen. He got me into flying
The guy with the large scale Cessna is in need of an alternator for his plane, they do make them for RC aircraft BTW.
"Diddy eh" Is that what you said 0:12
Hydraulic disc brakes on an RC airplane? We get it, you don’t know how to spend your money 😂
Where can I buy one of that Cessna 185 ?
I own 2 planes. A 250mm plane (first plane) and a 540mm plane (second plane) and i tow my old plane with my new plane! Its really fun!
I just want the 185 that thing is amazing
It has 16 servos 😳 I thought it was a joke at first 😂That is insanely awesome 🔥
OMG, thats by my sis in laws house. We were there years ago. Surprised my son recognized it
Sick
1:19 actually Czech ;) But pronunciation was good.
That Cessna has as many servoes as dollars in my bank account
You need to use your bank account. That is despicable behavior.
@@FarmerFpv I know right? All my friends are always talking about how they have zero dollars, or even negative bank account balances!
No half scale gliders for you and me 😏
Netherlendss
when are you coming to germany? let me know! :D
Bro, proved that size doesn’t matter
I love this! I just got my first (powered) glider, a Night Radian, and can't wait to put her in the air!! Thanks for the sailplane love! 🤙
Noooo, in the Netherlands???? Oh gosh, I wish I was there
Hey friend, I was donated a viper 70 mm and the front is smashed how do I fix?
Just wanted to say that Z-37 Čmelák (Bumblebee) was made in czech😄
Fun fact, that glider model is normal sized it's just the man standing next to it skews the perspective.
8:20 Mode 1
Gliders are not supposed to sound like jets! Wowzers
I have no idea, why I watch, but I do. Fun thanks.
bro the z 37 is czech not polish, they're made 30 mins away from me, nice vid btw
Zlin Z37 ČMELÁK MENTIONED... RAHHHHHHHHHH ❤️❤️❤️🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿💪💪💪💪💪🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥✈️✈️✈️

I will
You Guys are a bad influence !!! This makes me want bigger planes ...... Frig wow those t-planes and gliders !!! Great video again !!! 😉🙃😎
25 mph isn’t that much, flew my habu 50mm in 40mph winds in December because I was to impatient to wait for good weather.
The problem there is that the wind usually doesn't get there under 25 mph... it is the Netherlands.
"Been there done that 10 years ago guy" 😜
Its stil windy always it will
i em the towing guy
Anybody got a discord link
Check out the video description 👍
Het waaide tering hard gister maar kon niet vliegen
Gliders are already toy aircraft, and now you have toy toy aircraft!
HAS ANYONE BUILT A "BIPLANE" GLIDER?!....
