Whoever produced this for you is awesome. And you’re awesome for letting them be creative. Staple to the beat of the drum! Hell yeah!
🥰
Fire tune 🔥🔥 dancing round the living room to this before we embark on fitting our stair runner
You're a sad man Matthew 😔
@edobrien1387 you're the sad one! Miserable trollop
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Agreed with comment that this video really well produced and edited! Great instructions, excellent filing, edits and use of sound and music.
We're so glad you like it! 😄🧡
This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m just about to embark on doing our stairs. Thank you for a great video and clear instructions. 😊
Brilliant! Good luck with your project 😁 If you're on Instagram, we would love to see the finished look! Remember to tag us in @bandq_uk 🧡
Best BnQ video ever!
Thank you 🥰
What a great video, simple and artistic with the beat to
Glad you liked it 😊
Thank you for sharing. looks great 👌
Thank you! Glad you like it 😊
Can’t wait to do our stairs now - thank you! But what do you do at the top if you don’t want carpet on the upstairs hall and landing?
It's the perfect way to give your stairs some TLC 🥰 You could end the runner under the nosing on the top riser. I hope this helps!
How has the carpet on the stair landing been done? It seems to be the same colour and material as the runner? Is this just many runners joined together?
Hi Kathryn, for the purposes of the shoot we used a runner across the top landing. We didn’t cover this in the video because it's a video about the staircase and everyone’s landings are different sizes and shapes. I hope this helps!
Cool
Can share how to do the same style for the corners ?
Thank you for your suggestion! I've passed this on for our dedicated team to look into 😊
Is this carpet available at B&Q now?
Hi Pat, for the purposes of the shoot we used a runner across the top landing. We didn’t cover this in the video because it's a video about the staircase and everyone’s landings are different sizes and shapes. Please see the following link for the runner used in the video. I hope this helps!

Great vid. Where can I find this specific runner on your website?
Hey! You can find the runner here www.diy.com/departments/fearne-brown-indoor-outdoor-runner-200cmx60cm/182015_BQ.prd? Thanks!
How many runners would you need for stairs 1 flight
This would depend on the how many steps you have 😊
Does using more than one runner make it easier to keep straight? I can get one runner to cover all 16 steps? Bad idea?
Hi there, if you can find one runner that will cover all of your steps, this will be fine 😊
can you do one for bendy stairs?
Thank you for your suggestion! I've passed this on for our dedicated team to look into 😊
We have 3 Turner stairs so please show how to do this and how to also do the landing in the same style please
Thank you for your suggestion! I've passed this on for our dedicated team to look into as well 😊
Is it recommended to have gripper rods too when adding underlay?
Hi Martin, carpet grippers are not required for runners as they're secured in place with staples 😊
@@bandq Hi what size staples are best please
14mm staples have been used in this video. The links to the items used can be found by clicking on the (i) icon at the top right of the video. I hope that helps 😊
B&q.. leave it to the professionals.
Fitting a normal carpet that as a pile and is plush.
stapling it would look horrendous, Grippers are needed
Hello B&Q, How Are You Doing?
Hi Mia, we're good! Hope you're doing well 😊
