    Very big help thank you very much! As for the long term fuel trims... I used the function to find the difference between STFT and MAF voltage, and then used that updated number and put in the same function using the average of LTFT and it came out really close.

    I designed my own "SRI" for the Accord I didn't start looking into MAF scale until I saw you videos, I'm going to attempt
    rescaling with the help of your videos. Thanks a lot.

    Hey so I watched nearly all of this video but I'm still learning. I have a 22 Si with prl dp/fp/fmic and flex fuel kit plus ktuner running 21psi starter with ethanol enabled. During 4th gear roll ons for logs when I approach boost target my afr gets super rich (8.5). From reading and talking to tuners such as derrek Robinson my system switches to open loop at wot for whatever reason and seems maybe my maf scaling could be the culprit. To compound the issue i have a few evap purge codes (p145D) popping up every 100miles so I'm going to smoke test the system for any vac leaks and then get a custom tune. Have you seen either of these issues crop up, or is it just maf scaling is needed and possibly just turn off emissions bs? Deep ramble here but I'm having a hard time finding answers.

    I have an SI and I’ve gathered the log I need to do this. The spreadsheet provided only accounts for Voltage. How do I calculate the correct g/s value using hertz?

    Hey I just install injen evolution and I see my knock control at .90-1.0 too high for what I was told
    My car is a CVT and the intake is bigger than original stock so I tried the PRL cobra MAF In ktuner at dual tune but when I step on it I feel like car is not like it was
    Stuck intake my car would burn rubber with this injen it feels not jumpy or as powerful
    Tried asking for help at ktuner and all they said was take it to get a Tune But I love to feel that I did everything to the car my self and it makes me learn what to look into
    Hope you have time to give me some pointers

      No, I actually haven't had the civic for around 3 years... Not by my own choice but things happen. Got a Mazda 3 and VW CC now but haven't done anything on TH-cam with them.

      You aren't actually putting numbers to chase power, you are adjusting the scale so that when the ecu interprets the signal sent from the maf sensor as a certain mass of air, that it is actually correct so that the ecu doesn't have to add or pull a bunch of fuel to correct the afrs

      Are you trying to edit a "stage" tune or a starter? Some files have things locked down and aren't adjustable. I'm guessing rev limit is one of them.

    I have a Civic 2016 1.5T CVT with the listed mods:
    - 27won W1 Upgraded Turbocharger
    - 27Won hi flow Turbo inlet pipe
    -27won cold air intake system
    -INJEN front Mount Intercooler
    - PRL front pipe + down pipe combo
    - Ktuner V1.2 w/ starter dual stage 21 psi
    How to squeeze more HP via Ktuner V1.2 ?
    My power still feels the same from factory?! Help ?!pls

      Honestly man I can't think of why that would be. Should be an insane difference. Is the 21 starter a map with dual boost tables? And if so is it the stock boost targets when "eco" is on? Is "eco" on? That's really the only thing I can think of or maybe you have the ktuner loaded but never actually flashed the car. I would still think there'd be a noticeable change even running the stock tune with all those parts.

    i just bought an intake and installed it to my civic ext and i would like to know if you can help me make a maf scale tuning for my CVT , i have ktuner also

      Have you looked at your fuel trims yet? There's always a chance you don't need to do anything. But if you do, it's the exact same principal just that when you go to pull the data you can't select a gear (unless you have paddles) so you just have to put it in D and slowly increase TPS and let the rpms increase, increasing the demand for air, which will continuously raise the MAF voltage. If you go over your data and you didn't get high enough in the scale go do it again with a little more throttle.

      yo bro can i have your email? i want to show you a couple of datalogs from two separate drives but with same setting for %CHANGE (+/-). i have a question about my stft where the rpms, maf.v, and temps are the same but stft is higher on one of the csv's. what other factor could be affecting different readings?

      I really don't have that much free time so not sure how much I could do but what intake you have? And what issues are your running into with the flex fuel? As far as ignoring goes without a dunno to verify anything I actually have only added ignition in the flex fuel tables. I barely touched the base ignition table.

      Unless something is drastically different than when I was running ktuner it doesn't. It adds long term fuel trim eventually and I forget the max but short term max was +45 and first start with the huge MAF housing it spiked straight to 45 and still ran like garbage. MAF scale you have to (had to?) do on your own.
