How to fit Cornices or Pelmets on kitchen Units

In this video I explain how I go fit cornice or pelmet trims around my kitchen units. This video demonstrates a very simple box trim which goes above and below the kitchen units. This trim is usually made from MDF but can be from solid wood too.
