- In this video we start to fit our first Wren kitchen but will it be our last one?
This is the utility room cabinet fit out prior to starting the kitchen so we can give the customer a working sink and their washing back up and running.

Great video i have been a kitchen fitter for 42 years and have fitted every kitchen from hand built to mass produced and the only kitchen i fitted and would never go near again was an ikea kitchen most manufactures try to keep to a standard method of fitting but ikea like to do it there way which never allowed for our old buildings in the uk so my advice is always get them to fit it and stay well clear

I had a project with 350+ Ikea kitchens to be fitted into new flats, we had to include additianal dwarf/sacrafical walls to every one just to allow Ikea's preferred fitter to install the dammed things to an already plumb wall and get the services in. Despite this I had to termainte their contract after less than 30. So Ikea's fitters are as bad as their kitchens, even in a space designed for them...

We had a Wren kitchen fitted 2 years ago and never realised the issues you can have whilst fitting.
No complaints over our Wren kitchen, well made and certainly not cheap products and plans including a picture were very helpful to the fitters.

I'm just completing my first ever kitchen installation. I'm not a trades person and not even a DIY enthusiast but I'm pleased with the outcome. Certainly from my perspective the misconception was that it was ready assembled but what I soon learnt was that this is only the start. Overall it's been very good but there is a LOT of headwork involved, checking and re-checking and a lot of important detail missing into how things are achieved as the leaflets that come with the units are universal. The Wren videos help but are not real world scenarios.
Really enjoy watching you all take great pride in your workmanship. I work in a industry where they want productivity over quality

I spent £12,000 on a Wren Kitching fit of a newly refurbished house. They had very clear instructions having worked out what we needed, what went where & so on. There wasn't a screw not accounted for in the planning. When the units arrived, we were a little concerned because the van had a different company name. Apparently Wren sub contract work out so they don't actually do it themselves. Well, to put it lightly, it was a bloody shambles. Units installed on a slant. Unit for the built in oven had no rear access to the socket terminal. The built in dryer was also the same & they put the washing machine space in the wrong spot, meaning the pipe & drainage was hidden away behind the units somewhere. Work surface was not level, there was at least a 2mm step up on the joining they tried to hide with some black silicone. Damaged door fixings, scratches to the doors themselves & they had the audacity to drill into the wall & hit a mains wire & the central heating pipe that was clearly marked on the wall to avoid & should have been avoided had they stuck to the designs.
In the end, it went to an ombudsmen who ruled in our favour . Instructed Wren to fix their mistakes & to compensate us, of which they refused & ended up going to court as they tried to force us to pay up. Judge ruled in our favour & fined Wren on top. The whole thing just ended up being ripped out & we hired a independent family owned ran business to install the same suit we ordered elsewhere & there wasn't so much as a screw out of line.
We do building contracts for property refurbishments & we decided to try Wren for a change, but never again.

Wren like many other kitchen suppliers really need to be more stringent to who they contract out. As a spread, I've worked for a couple of contractors to skim out in between rip out and installation. I've seen it all! Very good and atrocious. End of the day, if they mess up a project, a no quibble refund etc should be offered immediately. Glad you get there in the end.

I'm a fan of DIY Kitchens, South Kirkby, West Yorkshire, superb products, fitted a few of them over the years,so easy compared to others like Wren, Howdens which gave me much grief, hassle, & Ikea are a nightmare to install.
Old chippie I worked with, always told me to use metal cabinet legs on larder units & other tall units,they can't bend like the plastic ones.
The old chippie isn’t wrong and if metal was still an option for them I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to customers to have them. 👍🏻

Good to see this vid. We had a wren kitchen a few years back and were also very surprised by the plan and the detail. We had a few problems with cupboards and what was more impressive was how quickly they sent replacement parts, this was in the middle of lockdown1 when nothing was available, but Wren were ace. I bought a Wren Kitchen. £6000.00 with the same for fitting. I couldn't afford the fitting so I decided to do it myself. It wasn't easy but I am not a professional. It took me 6 months from delivery of all the cupboards already made up and inside them all the fittings. 6 months later I finished installing it all. I also tiled the kitchen floor from wall to wall. I didn't need to do that but I wanted to start with an even footing. I installed the kitchen over the months and 43 years later it is as good as the months I did it. I watched countless videos, I took days off as I thought "What on Earth do I tackle next?". It's in. Everything fitted perfectly, panels worked perfectly, the splash back was somewhat of a nightmare but I did it. I could not be happier. I wonder what the people that buy my house when I am dead will think of it? I took down a perfectly good kitchen that was dated by the dead previous owners that was all pine and put in this contemporary kitchen in. I didn't rush it but over time all the paperwork made sense. I am not a professional, so if I can do it you so can you. Shame professionals charge so much and you are left unhappy. All doors are still working perfectly. The legs are plastic, do don't overload them. I broke a few but I was given spares.
I wrote my comments above before I had seen your entire video. Silly me. I did the same. I put things in place the realised the gaps could be filled with the separating panels. At the end of my installation I had some offcuts and bits spare so I made a cupboard to house our Microwave. Would you like to see it ? All of it ? I have some old homemade video while I was doing it. I could make a montage albeit boring, but I am really happy with it.
Good job. Good videos. Clear and understandable. Its hard relating your thoughts on what your doing. Especially when if ur like me, your on autopilot most of the time. Like most tradesmen. Second nature. Good vibes, serious work. I nearly subbed to wren, but something else came up. Spoke to their recruitment lady. (Had Avoided her calls for weeks.). Was working on ikea kitchens. Remedials! Unfinished. Half finished? Half arsed! Lol. Out of town for weeks. Any how. She and i were on rhe same wavelentgh. An she was leaving wren kitchens cus she said they were as bad/ the same as previous companies. Avanti for one. Like ikea etc etc they just farm it out. And they are so busy. They sometimes get bad fitters. Weve all had nightmare jobs. Where stuffs missing or the wrong size. Can be stressfull. At the time i was trying to sell the idea to ikea that they should train their own people. An kit them out. Ah well. The joys of kitchen fitting. 😖

I would have pulled those units forward on the 650 worktop so the overhang at the front would match the rest of the kitchen. Also mid run cut the tall panels inline with the base of the units so the plinth runs through and extend above the top to incorporate the top trims (if having)

Love the series and have been watching for ages!! With regard to the washing machine and dryer,where are they going to plug them in> We(my wife and me) couldnt see any plugs under the units and wondered where they would plug in? When we did our kitchen,we had the electrician put the switches up on the wall but the plugs went down below the worktop on the back wall to keep it tidy!!! We put our own kitchen in our bungalow ourselves,not a bad job but we took a lot of time planning the usits to make sure we could get them in without any issues so we can sympathise with you!!!! To be fair we didnt use Wren but B+Q units!!! I know they have not the best reputation but the ones we had were to be fair,good and apart from recieveing 2 extra doors we didnt order we didnt have any issues!!!!!!
Hi Mr and Mrs Gordon. There was a cable on the floor for the dryer which was fed into the cupboard next to it where the dryer will plug in. However the sparky forgot the washer one but luckily for us that wall was a stud wall so he just took the face plate off the plug above the worktop level and fed it down into the cupboard below. All sorted now and up and running for the customer. Thanks for watching. 👍🏻

I think reading between lines your thoughts on wren kitchens are coming through. you're not looking too happy. we nearly signed up for one a couple of weeks ago for our renovation. glad we never. our builder said he wouldn't be fitting it 😩😩 .....bad experiences. cheers Richie
For worktops in alcoves, take one of the front corners of a fitted unit as datum since its square and measure front and back dimensions from that datum to each reveal wall (or use two lengths of overlapping wood and deduct whatever wiggle room you work to). Obviously, check the reveal walls for bulges/dips before you just make a straight cut, or scribe on cardboard or scrap ply and transfer to worktop.
I agree that the Bosch small planer is an awesome bit of kit. I have a full size Makita plane that’s like brand new in my garage that I haven’t used in years because it’s so cumbersome in comparison. Use the Bosch all the time.
I put one of these kitchens in 12 years ago, still looks as good as the day I put it in. I know this because it's mine! 😎
The quality of nearly everything we use has gone down in some capacity 🤷Wren seem to have all the structure to be a good company but the build quality and materials they use still needs some work. 👍🏻
I was about to comment on why would you use a full depth panel between the tall 800 and the wall in the utility, how using a shallower depth would allow you t close the gap at the front when you discovered the use of a 130mm wide on the plan, I expect for this very reason
Nice one Richard. Ive fitted a small number of kitchens for me and family over time and there are always some little annoying snags along the way no matter how much time you plan your attack out. Enjoyable though when you look back at the finnished product 😁👍
Had so many issues with Wren in the past so when I moved houses again I went to the Range of all places for my next and have been blowen away by the quality. Almost 3 years and still looks like new. Wren one started to look tatty within a year. Found out The Range just resell TKC Kitchens which seem to supply just about every kitchen provider haha! Also they arrive as a hybrid flat pack ie all the fiddly bits are done so its just like a huge jigsaw.
TKC. They in duddley. Blackheath. I had a chat with them once. They supply everyone. Snd everything. Apart from ikea. Lol

our old kitchen had a wall put in the middle, the side walls were parallel but the outside wall was way out of square by 5mm on the counter top so it's good to measure top middle and bottom
Fitted loads of Wren kitchens and always found them to be really good, very detailed plan and easy to follow numbered units so they can be correctly placed as they come in. Much better than the junk from Howdens, their products have really gone done in quality.
I can’t knock the plan, delivery being on time, numbering of the cabinets to the plan and the response from their customer service team but after that Ive fitted and used a lot better quality than this and I bet it’s for at least the same money or cheaper. 👍🏻
@@Mr_A_Builders Would be interested to know which brands they are, I fitted a Magnet kitchen at my own house, it looks great but was a pig to fit. All the units were 2-3mm over size in the width, gained nearly 30mm in the run of units causing loads of issues as it was a tight squeeze anyway.
I have been using a company from Brownhills near Walsall called Chase Bedrooms and kitchens for years now. 18mm carcasses including the backs all glued and pocket screwed together. Any colour carcass you want including wood grain, edges to any colour you want and any style door majority of which are 22mm thick. They can also bespoke a cupboard for an odd size opening and have a door blank made of the same colour to match the door colour and the hardware is all Blum. Never once had an issue with their kitchens or been back to one. 👍🏻

Great video, full of detail that can be missed if you don't fit many kitchens. Just as a matter of interest I take my time when fitting a kitchen so costly mistakes aren't made, but I would take around two and a half days to fit the utility, how long did it take? keep up the good work

After all these years you would think that these big kitchen companies would have it sorted but they certainly haven’t. I’ll be sticking to my own kitchen supplier of 10 years or more now in the future or I won’t be fitting a kitchen. 👍🏻
@@Mr_A_Builders i know exactly what you mean. I did 20 yrs MFI and BNQ, and another 12 setting up and fitting Wren stuff. John Lewis, magnet and a few Ikea inbetween too !! Wren are massive in the marketplace now. All you guys needed was a 5 min chat to a "fitter" to have avoided all the ball-cocks you suffered doing that utility room, and kitchen planning. Most issues with all kitchen suppliers are by clients who have private installers. Can't blame them, the company fit price is really high. No-one knows it all about all the different kitchens, that's for sure !! Pretty good quality product at reasonable price. NIce job on the extension but please have a word with the plumber about that condensate pipe !!!!
Wren Kitchens? I wish to God I had never walked into their showroom. The kitchen designer was great,she did a lovely job on the design. But! The first fitter allocated decided he couldn’t start because of personal reasons,this could mean anything! OK, Wren said they had found me another fitter. He came looked around said he would want £5000 for the extra work. I agreed to it the kitchen was a mess. He came, ripped the Kitchen apart,and I found out on the Thursday that he had pulled out!! He was there and could have told me,but no I had a call from Wrens saying they had found me another fitter!!! I knew nothing about this even though he was there on site. OK he had obviously bitten off more than he could chew. He fitted the false ceiling and his Dad did a lovely job on the plastering. Thank God. I then had another fitter who did a half reasonable job. He said he would paint the Kitchen,which I agreed to,and then regretted it. Wrens? Didn’t want to know,they were worse than useless. So! I had to do all of the remedial work myself. At least it now looks good. Thanks to me being able to do the small detail work. Wren Kitchens ? Never in a million years would I recommend them. As for this comment about them.I have said this to them in an email. So if they would like to take this up with me great,I’ll see them in court.

Hi Russell that did occur to me but I thought I might as well keep it tight to one side instead of pulling it further into the cupboard and taking up more space. Don’t like the look of it at all but the customer wanted a bigger cupboard. What can ya do 🤷🤷😁👍🏻
Great vid that i've watched intensely, I can't comment on Wren quality but from what I've seen in friends homes they look okay. You have hit a major issue however due to a lack of communication between the client and supplier (it happens). I feel for you guys and your customer - BUT no doubt you and Brad (Mick) will overcome because that's what you do. Regards Mike
We had a wren kitchen.A friend fitted it.We must of had 20 faults on the doors & worktop.Never get a wren kitchen.Shocking quality control to allow ‘seconds’ type quality delivered to customer.
It’s very common in the USA to install upper shells before the base so you’re not fighting the lower boxes . Cabinets are tricky.
Great Work couple of thing for an ocd installer like me (which im saying this hopefully taken in good intentions) you put the larder against the wall, what about the architrave? ill all ways at least put a trim to pull off 18mm. Also when using a 650 worktop build the base units forward 50mm so as to keep the 10mm overhang.
I just bought and fitted a soild wood inframe kitchen from DIY kitchens and the quality is great. One unit came damaged and was replaced within one week and the fitting was easy.

Hats off ... I dunno how you do it... I hated building my kitchen... in the end I dropped tools and called peeps in who dont mind gunking themselves up with tile adhesives, paint, sealant...etc.. arrgh I sooooooo hate it.
Should’ve built the units off the wall 45mm when using 650mm worktop, that overhang looks terrible.
Wouldn’t have worked but I suppose unless your there on site having all the discussions and sorting issues you wouldn’t know 👍🏻
With 650mm worktops, I set the base units forward, checking that decor panel widths allow. Sometimes door casings etc.. don't allow 650mm worktops, so I slice the worktops down to a better width to avoid a big overhang.
I have had one customer that wanted the bigger overhang, it was on compact laminate, but the look wasn't my cup of tea.
At the end of the day, it's up to the client on the look.
Your right mate. If the client wants it in their house who are we to challenge that. We can give them the options but it’s their decision 👍🏻

Should run your tall and wall panels higher than the cabinets so the cornice butts up , same with pelmet . Cut the bottom of the tall larder decor panels so the plinths can run continuously. The bottom of those tall panels will take a bashing or the years so the continuous plinth run is a better option
Unless using traditional cornice of course but I do the same
Yeah I always do that. don't see the point of having it go to the floor. also if you have things like robot vacuums/mops they can run straight
Everyone has got their own way of doing things but I take mine down to the floor because I like it especially when I have stand alone appliances in the plan but I think not doing it because of a robot vacuum is a 1st world problem 😂😂

@@Mr_A_Builders I too take my tall end panels to the floor, I think it looks better, another reason for this is if you have a long run this will sometimes help avoid getting a join in the plinth.
I personally like to keep the tops of my end panels flush and then return my cornice rather than butt it up, but I do let the wall unit end panels hang down to butt the pelmet into.
Everyone is different, it's just personal preference really, do what you feel is best.

The base units in utility were supposed to have a 50mm void at the back . The sink and that overhang doesn’t look right to me 🧐
I had a hell of an experience with Wren, so bad almost all of the kitchen doors and drawer fronts were replaced, I had multiple plans that didn’t match, basically I’d like to throw it all out and start again with someone else.
The orange blocks are called Spaceplugs. Andy thr Gosforth handyman uses them.
Hi bud, are you sure the 650 top should have a large overhang, I would of thought the base units should have been brought forward 50mm, just a thought not a criticism, what ever wren designed 👍
It’s something I considered but I spoke to the customer and she liked it as it was.
That would drive me nuts!. How hard would it be to finish filling and painting the bare walls before trying to fit units. You end up with narrow areas that you can't reach with a brush.
Was too busy laughing at the 3" gap left on one wall because 'we don't have to paint that bit. Wall units are going there' 😂
Would have been less trouble to just paint the whole wall 🤦🏻♀️

How will the customer finish the floor if the decorative end panels are on already? I had to leave mine off until I had tiled the floor and slide in after. Have I missed a pro tip anywhere?
Hi. There is no pro tip here for this one. The ideal scenario would of course do the floor first but if the customer chooses to do there own floor coverings but if they have no intention of doing it to fit in with the fitting of the their kitchen then unfortunately the only option is to fit it as you would a retro floor covering which is to remove end panels where possible ( end of a run of base units for example ) and cut down on site or cut bottom off with a multi tool or floor saw. However, I believe they are having a Karndean flooring so it will only be a couple of mm and I’ve set the panels about 3-5mm off the floor on a packer already as well as setting the plinths with a 10mm gap so there won’t be any trimming of those after either so it should all be fine 🤞🏻👍🏻
We got a Wren kitchen... plan was ok, builders we great... but we had to reorder 16 doors... twice.
New doors oh dear I hope our customer doesn’t suffer that even though after only 4 weeks fitted one of the hinges on a door is bosted. It’s not looking good 🙄
WREN are renowned for kitchen issues.
Their sales process is faultless tbh, we have a Wren kitchen by they way.
Their cockups are however, are rife. Incorrect items, damaged items, etc etc.
We nearly had every type of door replaced in the kitchen, a fridge replaced and other items. They must make a fortune on kitchens as they had no problem sending out the replacements and there were tons of them. The fridge was dented and the light wasnt working, they said skip it without hesitation. They didnt question the replacement cabinet doors or worktop, we sent photos anyway. I reckon we had nearly 2k of replacements.
We asked for a drawer in a cupboard, they sent the wrong sized panels. We advised, they sent out a replacement, again wrong size. I gave up in the end and said refund the cost of the drawer as its clear you cant even pick with right size of your shelves. They refunded us.
After the palava, we then complained about the service and was given some money back as an apology.
I do have to say though, we are pleased with the kitchen and the quality, but they clearly are totally useless with everything else, picking items, they must throw items from the ground up onto the shelving or drop kick them around.
I would assume their profit margin on a kitchen must be 60-70% of the total price, it must be, they sent us that many items, without question, that I could have made another kitchen.

We were very pleased with our Wren kitchen, however after 5 years the door coating started to delaminate, they come with a 20 year warranty , they told us that they would replace all the doors but they didn’t do that colour anymore ( chalk white) we would have to change the colour of the doors plus the plinths, architraves, end panels infill panels etc, plus they didn’t do the curved doors anymore 🤬an awful lot of disruption ending up with a kitchen colour that we didn’t want. Very disappointed with this outcome. In the end we had to take a payout for the unused warranty.

My parents took Wren to court it took 8 years. They won but Wren were total anchors through and through.
You are right wren does provide the best plan!
When we fit we just put it up on the wall and it stays there as the blueprint. It even has additional advice for fitters or possible adaptations to the electric ring that might be needed and their ball park costs to expect.
BUT they don’t have the best prices. I fit for magnet and have fitted for wren but honestly I don’t think wren are competitive enough.
Fitted 2 wren kitchens now and not really had any issues, one in a modern house, the other was built in the 30's. Looks like a lot of hot air going on..typical trade eh, gonna cost more I bet!
Regarding end panels good trick is rip them down as you only will see the the panel jutting out

We’ve had a few say that which is great but from what I’ve seen and read on here in the comments from guys and girls like yourself they must have dropped off the quality standard list a while ago. Glad yours is still good for you.

Only every fitted wren twice, had nothing but issues with half kitchen being delivered to wrong carcass delivered and 6week wait for correct one. Would never fit one again or order one myself.

Nice job on the kitchen fitting but I don't understand why they've left big holiodays in the paintwork, even if it is behind cabinets, also they could come to regret not tiling under the cabinets the first time the washing machine floods or they get a leak in the pipework and have to rip out the cupboards to fix the subfloor.
Customers did paint work themselves and with the price of everything why would you waste your money when you can’t see it so I understand their decision on that.
The washer and dryer will be pulled out and the flooring will be put under them when they decide to have it done. The floor is concrete so water wouldn’t have an impact on it so all good mate 👍🏻

Fitted loads of wren kitchens. Overall they’re pretty good. Sometimes the units can be built slightly wonky but you don’t really notice it after it’s fitted.
I do find it very frustrating when you level the top left to right level front to back yet it’s not plumb on the side or the front drives me mental 🤬
@@Mr_A_Builders yeh, but you know, there are worse things to get stressed about. Most customers won’t get the level out to check it for plumb. I’ve learned over the years those tiny details that you want perfect most people don’t give a flying fudge cake about. It’s when they walk in and it looks smart is all they care about. Or when they open the cupboard doors and the plumbing is nice and tidy and some don’t even care about that. You get the odd perfectionist though.

@MR A BUILDERS I used to spend hours getting everything absolutely perfect, and it did me no good whatsoever. I found a good standard is acceptable, and most people can't tell the difference anyway. Decent mitre joints on your worktops is where it's at, and that is something that takes a bit of practice.
If I never did a worktop joint again it would be too soon I detest them and much as fitting doors 😂👍🏻
LOL Wren and Plan in the same sentence, I ended up changing so many things, I wouldn't use them but my sister bought it and obviously shouted to her brother to fit it. OMG I thought they were ok until I actually fitted one. There are many better at a better price. And as for assuming they measured top middle and bottom lol lol lol. Hi Steve. As you say I cleared presumed too much. I naively believe that if your gonna put your hand out to be paid for doing your job it should be done properly. How wrong was I. 👍🏻
That bosch planer is probably my favourite fitting tool. So nimble in the hand. Worth every penny!
Those orange space plugs are also amazing 👌 u'll find so many uses for them
I’ve used that little planer so much since I bought it for tasks that I would never have thought about. Great piece of kit and well worth any chippie buying and putting into their arsenal. 👍🏻
My only problem (working on my own) with Wren kitchens is they come fully assembled ie: the doors are on them! the corner units and Larder units are too heavy to move about so you have to take the doors off and store them somewhere where they wont get damaged which is a pain in the butt most other companies supply the doors separately in the own protection and can be packed out of the way until last thing.
The worst one for me was one your haven’t seen yet in the main kitchen build. Tall unit with a big pull out in it. How I didn’t snap the legs off it I’ll never know. 😁👍🏻

Sorry to put a dampener on this video, but my friend was a fitter a wren just before pandemic. When pandemic hit, wren fired most of their fitters and then rehired them on lower wages. It ended up in Private Eye magazine.
On the right side, where the tall cabinet is, you have a door and architrave! I would not move this cabinet so close to the wall because of its right-hinged door .It might be better to spread the distance equally on both sides ...
Ive fitted stacks of wren and theyve gone down hill massively. They used to use all blum hardware and now they dont, titus hinges and terrible cheap draw packs. Ive had the laminate peel off doors and off end panels, stacks of missing and damaged items. Refuse to fit them anymore, terrible.

Had a wren kitchen 4 or 5 years ago now and it’s ageing badly…for wren read MFI !
This is why IKEA wall mount base units just do not work it's impossible to get the plumb without battening out most of the time.

Best get the unit flat pack
The situation you describe is normal
People must employ a experienced fitter
Nothing unusual that a experienced fitter cannot do
The frustration for fitters is that Wren put alot of emphasis on the fitter to make it work
Why didn't you alter the pipework under the sink?
So basically Rich, so far it looks like you'll get an impressive plan with a Wren kitchen, but it doesn't look like the units will fit the rooms. I have a feeling that you won't be standing in that kitchen saying you love when it when a plan comes together. Good luck for next time. 👍👍

I had 26 flat pack units in total, never had a single problem with any of omy item. One never use wren kithen fitters as they are contracted by wren so they will fit it in anyhow as they already got paid by wren, if you outsource your own fitter you pay them as they work and they will take pride in their work

It’s a great little chisel that. It’s a bacho chisel knife, looks a lot like a putty knife . 👍🏻

it is interesting to see how you get on with these kitchens. they dont have a good reputation for giving all the parts and for mis measuring stuff and it then not fitting properly.
Cool workbench ("torsion box"?) - reminds me of a design by some American guy on TH-cam whose name I forgot.
Its a pull out hose tap ...push the hose up from bottom of tap so it comes out tap itself ...screw pull out tap onto flex hose .....simple ....

You should have checked the plan before the units were delivered. Any problems would have been resolved before contracting. Not yiur fault but the designer should have asvised the customer to get you to check before finalising.
Difficult to check a plan when it turns up the same time as the kitchen. Unless I’d agree with you. 👍🏻
@@Mr_A_Builders wren give the customer documentation which they should give to the fitters before signing off. On the first few pages you can see the floor plan
The issue was the height of the wrong larder units being supplied.

I appreciate your comment on the channel but I’d have to disagree that any of the issues that occurred were because I didn’t get given a plan before hand.
The simple fact is it that it was measured and designed wrong.
Can you agree that a professional from a so called reputable company didn’t measure the heights correctly when they should have done and also the designer didn’t spot the fact that the wall cupboards ran into the slope of the ceiling.

Would never use wren again. Took them to court and they settled the day before the case. Plinths labeled and described as 3m were 2.4! Drivers arrived with paperwork but had nothing on van???? Wrong parts, doors, cupboards delivered. Took months to get what we ordered. Nice when finished but shame we had to take action through court.
