I just put the same valve in my LE2 powered Cruze. Just to follow up, you can hear a light flutter at very low boost or releasing the throttle under vacuum. Nothing wrong if you do hear flutter then.
@@simcityauto9610 I only hear flutter when I shift manually as the revs are building and the boost is higher. I also have the DV+ and turbosmart waste gate. My ats is pretty highly modified.
i got one on my ltg aswel, i get flutter when i release the accelerator, according to GFB thats normal, aslong as the flutter doesnt occur under acceleration, but i have done a fair bit of work on mine. The flutter is very noticeable to the public.
So I purchased and installed one on my vehicle. 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0T Base model. Question, have your check engine light came on at anytime after installing it on your vehicle ?
My CEL has been coming on periodically since I got the thing at 29k miles (rich to lean condition). I don’t know why, but it has never run rough and I’ve noticed that my car is a heck of a lot faster with all of the mods I have done.

Hey thanks, I really appreciate that. The GFB DV+ does not add more, but it does positively change how your available power is delivered. There is noticeably less lag and better power delivery between shifts. My shifts feel more crisp and direct. This is a 100% recirculating diverter valve, so there aren’t any enhanced turbo noises. But you can easily get some added noise if you accompany the DV+ with a intake or high flow air filter. I definitely recommend this over stock.
@@simcityauto9610 It adds more power....My Camaro 2.0t now pulls all the way to redline with this mod...but then again maybe because mine has a few mods to go with it.
@@sugerhitman1295 It doesn’t add anymore power. It just changes throttle response and the way power is delivered. They says it right on their website. My car has almost everything from the Mishimoto catalogue that you can throw at it, except the downpipe and trans cooler. I also have the ZZP throttle body and spacer. And yes, my car pulls way harder than ever before.
It’s not a power adder per say. All it does is manages how much boost is held during a pull and in between shifts. So yeah, it feels a bit stronger and probably helps get the car from 0-60MPH just a hair faster. But no, it doesn’t really add any power.
You don’t get choo choo noises from a diverter valve. It is a little audible coming off of load, but that’s because I have an intake tube and K&N air filter installed. It’ll be slightly louder with a full intake of choice. But you are thinking of a blow off valve. I don’t think there is a direct bolt-on application for our models, but it’s not hard to plumb in a universal unit.

@@lsjionredlinesupercharged2049 all good. The people who had CELs more than likely already had engine issues preexisting. My car has thrown CELs intermittently since I got the thing @ 29k miles. Its always a rich to lean condition (even before any modifications). At this point I’m basically full bolt-on and have already replaced every O2 sensor. So it’s probably ready for a tune revision.

No, not really. Just hear a whoosh sound through the air box from time to time. That’s more than likely from the use of the K&N filter.

I’m a new Cadillac owner and don’t know much about the 2.0t. What does this do for ats, and does it add hp?
