Anyone struggled to open the battery door, I tried for 1/2 hr still couldn't open it

It’s not easy. Use one hand to push the door downwards (towards the battery) and simultaneously use the other hand to pull the latch outwards to unlock the door. Pushing the door downwards should get some of the pressure off of the little latch, so that you’re able to unlock the latch more easily.
