Nice work Brian! That’s some crazy Texas weather lol! Heck of a lightning show too! Dinner looked great with the CanCooker and that E-bike is sweet! Thanks for sharing! 👍🏻
That e-bike looks awesome!!! 3 part series of videos is a great idea and i look forward to them. Those can cookers are great, i use one while camping on wildlife photography trips a lot. Thanks for the entertainment sir
Your dinner looked yummy - great choice of ingredients! Those Can Cookers are extremely popular, BassPro and Cabelas have kept them in stock in their stores for years. Great for stews and not as heavy to transport as a Cast Iron Dutch Oven. Hunters like them for cooking Game meats after a Hunt.
Hey Brian! That is a super cool e bike. Glad we finally got some rain. It's been very dry and unseasonably hot for this time of year, especially here in Texas. I don't know what you call it that you had for dinner but I'm gonna have to try that myself. Looked very delicious. I enjoyed the video and looking forward to the next two in the series. Have a great weekend!
Nice spot! I’ll have to check it out. I live maybe 25-30 miles north of Ray Robert’s. I’m actually up on Lake Texoma on the Texas side. Nice E-bike! 37 mph is hauling for a bike.
I was hesitant at first, but it’s quickly becoming my favorite one. Massive room inside with the way that it opens, it’s light and super easy to setup👍🏻
That E-Bycco is pretty crazy. I make a similar sausage and potato meal but also add hickory bacon. So freakin good. I see you got the Devos mini tripod. It’s pretty sweet especially for $30
If you have a throttle on a Ebike they are not aloud on national bike trails in National Parks etc. But you can use pedal assist Ebikes. I love my ebike with only a 625 amp drive motor.
Man, that bike would be perfect for the channel.. pulling a trailer with all my camping fishing equipment.. How many subs do you have to get before those guys give you a call?? 😂 I love camping in storms.. that was awesome..
I found that the folding Ebikes are pretty good honestly. I can fold it up and stow it behind my seat in my F150. The bike is sturdy, no issues, goes about 30mph without the speed boost hack. Worth a look. Jasion X-Hunter sub $1000. Just 1 motor but nice for what normal folks use it for. Anyways love the video, stormy weather is nice to sleep in. Packing away kind of sucks but they all can't be winners. I have seen several without sheets on the mattress, kind of gross but not my problem.
Crazy storm. Looked like a tornado was trying to form off that wall cloud for a bit there. Is that spice kit home made or bought? if you bought that, do ya have a link to it? I like the compact set up in the case. The ebike looked pretty cool too.
Were you at Isle De Bois, or the other side? I'm presuming you were at the state park. And yeah fully agree about thinking out of the box when it comes to things like bike racks and tie downs. Also, being a former motorcycle rider I could have told you you'd need eye protection for going much over 20 mph. 🙂🙂
Absolutely 💯 agree. A full-on "FULL FACE" style of Helmet with Visor. And Mesh Riding Jacket or Breast Shield 🛡. "The Black Ribbon" doesn't care what size bike you have... going down is the same Hard Fall.
When you are in a vehicle in a lightning storm, I don't think you are so much grounded, it's more like you are in a faraday cage. I would guess, that in a roof top tent, you are not much in "the faraday cage". Just my guess. Perhaps we have an EE here viewing and they could chime in.
Brian, please read up about Counter Force Steering if you aren't already familiar with it. Knowing the speed that your bike actually kicks into Counter Force Steering can Save Your Life! It's usually starts after 32 MPH when reverse Push Pull kicks in. Former member of Women On Wheels International (aka: WOW) and seriously study the Counter Balance Steering forces. Steve at Scooter In The Sticks has a few great Videos about it and it's VAST IMPORTANCE for Ebikes, Scooters and Motorcycles. Not to preach but not understanding this can be dangerously deadly when an obstacle or obstruction poses a dangerous Hazzard for you... wildlife, vehicles, potholes, LEAVES in the Fall, etc. Anyway, just passing this forward and wanting to keep you Safe when riding 🤝. 🏞🚵♂️ 🚲🛵💕
Man those storms are so fun to watch. You just pray there is no damage with it.
Got lucky this time. Didn’t get electrocuted👍🏻👍🏻
Did I hear sirens? Great camping. Here comes the storm camping videos!!
I thought it was at first, but it was someone a few spots down airing up a mattress😂
great video, nice gear and the storm was cool to see.The food looked delicious!
Thank you👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks Jacob!👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you Mark👍🏻
Awesome ! I love a good thunderstorm when camping.
Me too👍🏻👍🏻
Love Lake Ray Robert’s, great video as always…thanks for sharing.
Thank you 👍🏻
Sorry you got rained on but that lightning show was amazing! It's also cool to see that the tent was able to withstand a good storm
Dry as a bone inside the tent👍🏻👍🏻

Found your channel and looking forward to catching up on your videos. Watching from Halifax, NS 🇨🇦
Welcome! Thanks for tagging along!👍🏻

Thanks Scooter! Rain was very welcomed👍🏻
If you kept a large tarp, you could attach it to the back of truck & cook.
👍🏻👍🏻
If you like cabbage, those can cookers do a great job - add in the sausage. Great vid as always. Serious lightning - holy crap.
I’ve seen quite a few recipes with cabbage….im just not a huge fan of that stuff
@@BrianWatersOutdoorsI used to hate it too. Instead of using the can, try it on the griddle with bacon. The taste is 10X better.
Nice to see you again my friend ! Happy Holidays to you and your family!
You too my friend👍🏻
That's one crazy ebike. G'day from Australia 🇦🇺
Thanks for watching!!👍🏻

Should check it out👍🏻
I have thought about changing to that tent.
I was hesitant at first, but it’s quickly becoming my favorite one. Massive room inside with the way that it opens, it’s light and super easy to setup👍🏻
Hi Brian, Nice Rack! lol, Harbor freight has a hitch tightener to take out the wiggle in the hitch.
😂 thanks👍🏻👍🏻
Great video as usual man! Loving this fall weather, not loving these bold mountain lions in North Texas 😂. Cheer man 🥂
Thank you👍🏻👍🏻
Was that tornado sirens?
lol. No. It was someone using an air pump. I thought it was at first too😂
That E-Bycco is pretty crazy. I make a similar sausage and potato meal but also add hickory bacon. So freakin good. I see you got the Devos mini tripod. It’s pretty sweet especially for $30
Sure did Steve👍🏻 that was actually the 800 on the table. Plenty bright for that. I used the 2000 around the tent.
Great to see you and enjoyed the video.
Thank you👍🏻👍🏻
Staying tuned….Be safe!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Sweet bike.
Thanks👍🏻👍🏻

Sitting on rubber tires. You are not grounded in the tent. Grounded is when your in contact with ground.
Man, that bike would be perfect for the channel.. pulling a trailer with all my camping fishing equipment..
How many subs do you have to get before those guys give you a call?? 😂
I love camping in storms.. that was awesome..
You could pull a lot of vintage reels with this bike😂😂😂
@ That’s the idea!! Camping, fishing, and exploring from a bike.. at least once anyway😂
Looks really good! Was that tornado sirens going off while you were cooking haha
I thought it was at first, but ended up being someone airing up a mattress with their pump down the road😂
Did you meet Supercar Blondie? She was recently at US Air Force Plant 4 doing a special on the F-35
I saw she was here, but I never saw her. AFP4 is like a small city…..👍🏻
Did you make a shelter for your pet deer? Nice setup. Great e-bike. Be careful in that lighting.
Thank you!
Good idea to get I. Your truck!!! A lot safer.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Those deers are used to people
They didn't bother to run away.

Isle Du Bois side👍🏻
good Lord maybe I shouldve watched this vid after supper, u should try a good mexican pozole or menudo in that thing
😂👍🏻👍🏻
What would you recommend for an electric scooter? Also, have you tried any foldable e-bikes that would fit in the bed under the tonneau cover?
I’m doing a folding bike next video👍🏻 what kind of scooter you looking at? I’ve got a 2500 watt scooter that’s awesome. It’s heavy though.
Brian, what iPad holder do you use in the tent? Great video
Thank you. I put the link for the iPad holder I bought on Amazon in the video description now.
Aren't you supposed to take a swig of the beer before you pour it into the food? 😉
lol, yes. You are. I was too focused on getting dinner cooked and forgot that step😂
Camp video Jim Ross ATL 😮😮😮😮😮😮
👍🏻👍🏻
13:45❤ you have beautiful teeth. I lost my front and chipped the other falling off bike😢 not wearing a helmet. Please wear one❤💪🇺🇲👍😎💸💸👀

Can you camp on the island?
I do t believe so, but if you’re sneaky I bet it would be awesome👍🏻
Cool bike. But, unless Texas laws have changed, max speed on an e bike is 20 mph.
👍🏻
Just trying to keep you out of trouble. It's 20 on streets. Unlimited anywhere else.
Brian I love your channel but you said we are getting close to Christmas. What happened to Thanksgiving? Do we just leave this out?
😂 we will still have Thanksgiving here👍🏻

I want an ebike, but most of them aren't water proof. Which is stupid because motorcycles are, so are scooters. Still want one.
Totally agree. 👍🏻
