I saw them at the amphitheater in Ridgefield, WA, about 17 years ago. Up til that point, I had only heard Led Zeppelin sing "The Battle of Evermore, " my favorite song. Nancy and Ann absolutely CRUSHED it.
Ann has some unbelievable pipes but Nancy is slaying it as well
Only Ann Wilson (and possibly Linda Perry of 4 Non Blondes) comes close to doing justice to Robert Plant's power and range. A bravura performance.
Sandy Denny RIP whose vocal performance on the original version of this was the only non member to have duetted with Plant She was a wonderful singer and songwriter
She had her own symbol as well.

That growl when towards the end. The Wilson sisters came to play. Goosebumps. Their live rendition of this song is better than almost any done by the Led Zeppelin themselves. And the original studio version of course had the great Sandy Denny..
I came to get some mandolin tips and stayed for the mesmerizing performance.
I was there for this concert, and this performance is the one that really stood out for me.

Met them and the rest of the original band back in the late 70 just as they were hitting the big time. Ann was very nice but Nancy was...uh...aloof.

The only performers that can do justice to led Zeppelin songs But Great White also does s great job on led Zeppelin material(songs) But they great White started out as a tribute band of Led Zeppelin. Check them out!
These two can do the softer songs Jack Russel was way in front of her on the rockier tracks
