I don't know for sure, but just looking at the video, hydrochloric acid, two different kinds of oil, a degreaser, some sort of detergent, some sort of electroless zinc plate solution, a neutralizer, potassium dichromate and a different neutralizer. By western standards, this shop is an environmental catastrophe but without context it is impossible to say whether it matters. If the local environment is already trashed and there's no seepage to aquifers or streams, continued operation is the best choice for the local economy. I hope the guys using the dichromate wash well (including their faces) before eating.
