The AMG version has been the perennial darling of enthusiasts. They love the station wagon or "estate" or "shooting brake/break" models here, too, because of the cargo space without compromising proximity to the road. The station wagon in the US is often associated with domestic/family settings even now, despite SUV models filling up the parking lot at Costco. On my part, I would take an E-class over any SUV.
I love the overall design, but is very similar to my current 2022 E450 All-Terrain. I do think they missed an opportunity to make this more of an “All Terrain” and not just a standard wagon with black wheel cladding and a bit of a ride height increase.
I miss the traditional radiator style grill with the stand up hood ornament. I know you can get it on the sedan ,but it seems like the car was designed with the star in the grill as the priority. Seems like they're after a younger Audi crowd to me
