I worked as a slinger for 4 years with advanced disposal . We only picked this stuff up if the customer called in for a work order to pick up extra stuff. They charged like 15 extra dollars to the account of the customer. Some time we would take it if the homeowner gave us cash and we wouldn’t tell the office lol
I work in Missouri I have mostly rural routes an we definitely not picking all that up unless they paid to have extra items. ( I personally as long as the person isn't an ignorant ass and have tons of trash each week or an over filled can every week I'll take the extras. But if it's a every week thing f you I'm nit picking all your trash for illegal items we can't take.

in the UK bin men will only take your wheelie bins and if they are too full, they won't take them. Lids can only be ajar slightly. We have to take other rubbish to the dump or pay someone for larger items, per item!

Trucks full! They should never touch cloth furniture or mattresses unless thoroughly wrapped and taped in plastic wrap. Once they're covered in bedbugs they will end up in their homes!

I’de be tipping mofos 50$ for this type trash removal. Here we get charged 50 a week it’s picked up one time a week and you can only have 2, 2 gallon trash bags or u are charged extra.

Some places are strict on the trash services, which is understandable.. Having to use up man hours to get out and grab extras does eat up a lot of time. We gotta grab it all though! Usually people are good on keeping it in the can but some places empty out the house for a renovation.
