Hi I mentioned baking soda but on the list of ingredients you didn’t list it. So do we need to add baking soda. Do you know why it is asking for baking soda rather than baking powder? I don’t see any acidic ingredients to require to use baking soda. Thank you 😡
Thank you Samrawit! Can we bake it without butter? I tried this ( sponge cake ) several times before but every time it sunk in the middle after taking it out of the oven. I don't know why.
Make sure your eggs are room temperature, make sure you mixture is right consistency before adding flour, when adding flour dont mix for too long....don't open the oven until its done .... hope this helps
