Democracy 30 I Language equality since 1994

Language politics remain a sensitive feature of our discussion, after many languages were obliterated during apartheid. So far the country has 12 official languages, with Khilubedu being touted to be the 13th. Others are still fighting for recognition. Has SA lived up to its promise to treat all languages equally?
