Many pumps come with a different type of nozzle, in which we have to rotate the nob and fix it over the Tyre nozzle. Are they better than this type of nob you have in ur air pump?
Nov with rotation is better, generally it comes with costly pumps. It will not have slippery phenomenon.

It happens due to wear of rubber washer as shown in video. If you replace it it will get resolved. Try it.
